HRX definitely works!!, Sep 19, 2009
reviewer: Bastard from LA from LA
I\'ve been taking HRX for the past two monthss and I can confidently say this product works. It might not burn fat 5x faster as it claims, but with a proper diet and regular exercise, you will see results. In just the past two months, my BF% has decreased 7% but my overall weight has only been fluctuating by +/- 1 lb. I weight train (hard) 5x a week and do HIIT 4x a week. By maintaining a macronutrient ratio of 40/40/20 (carbs/protein/fat) and with a slight caloric deficit my body has gone through a very noticeable transformation. Supplements that I take - Whey protein - Whey protein w/ added dextrosedesigned specifically for post workout - Whey protein w/ casein for pre bedtime drink - Creatine monohydrate (5mg / day) - Multivitamin - Omega 3/Fish oil - HRX (4 pills daily)

hot rox works for me, Jun 18, 2009
reviewer: Jason from AZ USA
I am a very avid gym goer and also run at least 4 times a week. I eat well mostly throughout the year but as everyone knows once the winter and holidays comes it is hard to lose that extra weight put on. I use it for one cycle a year in the spring and it really has helped to shed those extra few pounds that are difficult to get rid of. Even when I don\'t use it daily it still does the trick for me. I would reccomend it.

Scam, save your money, Jun 06, 2009
reviewer: Dedicated1 from New England, USA
37yo man. I have a very clean diet, lift and run several times a week. Was looking to lose some stomach fat (5lbs ish) that I can\'t seem to shed, so I bought a bottle of HotRox. I followed the directions on the bottle. Consumed the whole bottle, didn\'t lose a pound. Save your money.

reviewer: Luke from Anytown, AT 55555
I haven't felt anything, no increased heart rate, no increase in temperature, no dodgy belly, no shakes. I'm approx. 175lbs. I can't tell you how much weight I've lost as I haven't been on them long enough. They DO make me pee alot. I may up the dose to 4 per day and see what happens. I'll get back to you.

This is Some Good Stuff!!!, Jan 20, 2009
reviewer: Johnny Gamez from Upland, CA
I've been taking HRX for about a month now and have lost 10lbs. of body fat. I spoke to my nutritionist about the jittery/nausea feeling and he recommended that I take multivitamins. I bought the Animal Pak and take them twice a day and drink a lot of water throughout the day that did the trick for me!!!

shakey and discomfort, Jul 04, 2008
reviewer: OK London from London UK
I have been a historic user of the original hot rox when cutting weight for upcoming boudts and found it a good aid when mixed with HIIT cardio and strength training. I have recently started up boxing again as iin true boxer style let myself go over a number of years. I have been doing HIIT cardio and Strength training and spa work and general gym work for a few months with great results and wanted to step up with HOUR extreme. This product is in a different league to the original and I am still on the 2 pills a day as I am quite shakey and the stimulant is a little discomforting. Cardio is harder but easier - my heart rate seems out of control which means breathing correctly is essential. Will post update in a month

nitrous for the human heart, Apr 11, 2008
reviewer: Zac from peoria, il usa
when i run on the treadmill my heart rate is usually 185 bpm tops.thats jogging at 7.8 mph. anywho today i took just one pill about 1/2 an hour before my workout, and my heart rate jumped to 198 bpm at 7.8 mph. it was insane i thought it was gonna explode. this stuff will boost your energy, stamina, control appetite and dramatically increase heart rate. with my experience it truly is nitrous for the heart.

Not for guys!, Mar 25, 2008
reviewer: Bobby from Tucson, AZ
I'm a 20 year old guy, 177 and in decent shape. I tried this product and received zero results. I read somewhere that this product is designed for women so fellas, I suggest you leave it out of your weight-losing arsenal. This product did not curb my appetite, it did not give me a boost of energy, it didn't even make me feel sick or have any side effects. I have used many a diet products and this one was the only one to have no effect...I felt I was taking a placebo. I strongly recommend choosing a different fat burner.

Bad Side Effects, Mar 20, 2008
reviewer: Dave - from Dallas,Texas, USA
The side effects were horrendous. From day 1 with 1 pill I experienced immediate upset stomach, light headedness, dizzyness and very very jittery. Felt like I was gonna have a heart attack. Have used Xenadrine with ephedra in the past and did not have anywhere near the side effects that I experienced with HR. Stopped use for a couple of weeks to see if maybe I was getting sick. Tried it again and got the same side effects.

Its alright, Mar 05, 2008
reviewer: Em from Anytown, AT 55555
I'm an 18 year old female, 5'6 went from weighing 107 to 103 in about a week and a half. I was taking the pills while of course exercising and it works AMAZING! I had so much energy but it does make your heart pound super fast sometimes.

just started but no real side effects., Mar 03, 2008
reviewer: None from IL
I have been using this for about a week and a half. I used as directed, first starting with 1 capsule twice a day and moved to two twice a day. I experienced no side effects except for a 'warm feeling' and an direct increase in energy.

This product will not work for you if you don't eat clean and I can't imagine taking this without exercise, the extra energy would drive me up the wall.

I also wouldn't consume any caffenine in addition to this, as that would be a bit too much. I do notice an increase in heart rate while working out, but I cannot tell if this is simply because of an increase in intensity from the energy or the ingreadiants themselves.

Keep hydrated, everyone reacts differently to things. I have taken other products of this type that DID produce negative side effects (the runs, headaches) but this one has not.

As far as visual results, nothing to report yet, but I'm only a week in. If it did burn things that fast I'd be frightened!

Im a 22 year old 175lb Male. 5'11.

Have you seen my heart? It jumped out of my chest., Feb 01, 2008
reviewer: J. Healy from NY
I'm female, been lifting for 2 years, still on the long road to fat-loss. Biotest makes great products, I love the Surge and Metabolic Drive. Given their reputation, I figured when they said their Hot Rox would not cause racing heart and jitters, I could believe them. Evidence suggests otherwise.
I normally consume the equivalent of 4 cups of coffee a day, so I figured the stimulant side of Hot Rox Extreme would be easy to handle. Boy, was I wrong. Yesterday, I took the first capsule at 7am, and felt great all morning! Got tons done, felt warm, peed like a racehorse all morning. I took a second at 4pm. Bad move. I ended up with a headache and a pounding heart, and didn't sleep until 2am.
Thinking that I needed to simply acclimate to the product, I took another single capsule at 8am today. Instead of feeling energized, I feel as though my eyes are bulging out, my heart is about to leap from my chest, and oddly enough, I'm tired. Not the best combination.

I can feel the warmth of increased vasodilation, and the drying effects of some diuretic. Whether or not this leads to increased fat-loss is debatable.

Given my habituation to caffeine, I figure it must be the yohimbine causing vasodilation and blood pressure hikes. Be very wary of using this product.

Great product. A little rough on the stomach until you get used to it.

Gotta Love It!, Jan 19, 2008
reviewer: Bob S. from Long Island, NY
This stuff is amazing - the bottle says take one or two caps twice a day, six hours between doses - I take one cap in the morning, and after an hour I'm starting to feel warm, hands are slightly jittery, not too bad though. After two hours I'm really getting into this! Maybe it's just me, but I can't imagine taking 2 caps at once, even once a day! This is pretty powerful stuff and needs to be treated with respect. If you have high BP I'd say PASS on this, or get a (modern) doctor's approval. I haven't a clue as to how it works, but it does work and I am a satisfied customer. Be prepared for some comments from friends such as, "Wow, a little too long in the sun today, I see!" Your face, and to a lesser degree the rest of your skin, will be a nice shade of pink from the capillary dilation. Others have already said this, but it is imperative to drink LOTS of water through the day! And force yourself to eat a balanced meal or snack every three hours - it's so easy to forget while using this product.

It works, but use with caution, Dec 28, 2007
reviewer: Jennifer from tampa, fl
I've been taking HR for about 1 month now. I've lost 7 lbs., but I am only taking one pill in the morning (around 8:00). I get very jittery, anxious and have to use the bathroom several times before lunch. Strange though, it doesn't really hit me hard until around 2pm. That's when I feel most anxious. I also have a really hard time sleeping on this product (that's why I only take it in the morning). I have to take a sleep aid to fall asleep even though I take the pill at 8am. My boyfriend takes it too and he has lost 20 lbs. in about 45 days and he gets no side effects (lucky!). He does a lot of cardio too, but eats like s**t. It will work, but it is a stong stimulant.

Cool!!, Dec 17, 2007
reviewer: Maxx from wisconsin
ok, so this is my first week taking it and i gotta say that, there has been a noticable difference in my apperance and my fat levels. and when i would take it, i would litterally have to force feed myself to make sure i get enough nutrients. but now its seems like it lost its effects. i still have faith in it, and make sure that u drink plenty of water otherwise u will feel really bad for a couple of hours.
i don't wanna jump to conclusions, but i wanna see wat the big pic is, like in the week i took it i lost around .75 of an inch on my waist which is really good, but my weight has been consistant, and i did get stronger in the gym.
i don't feel the whole "wow i am in a good mode" thing, but it does motavate me to workout. i do jumpropes for around 15mins. and 4-5 times a week.
so from you guys experiance, should i raise it a bit more??
i wanna get the most out of that produce.
i really recomend this to anyone that wants an edge to thier workout and/or wanna lose fat. we will see what next week brings...

Great Product, Nov 29, 2007
reviewer: Dani from NJ, USA
I've only been using this product for about 2 weeks and already lost 15 pounds. My diet and exercise routines have DRASTICALLY changed. Cardio 7X a week and no sweets or non-diet soda or excessive amounts of carbs. I feel a very intense adrenaline rush, and am not jittery. And yes, when you burp, it tastes like raspberries. Very interesting... haha. With dedication and persistence, your weight loss goals can be achieved =]

Week 2, still waiting..., Oct 27, 2007
reviewer: Christian from Toronto, Ontario
Well I didn't get the jitters, the shakes, headaches, extreme bowel movements or a warming sensation like everyone else reported. As an experiment I tried 10 in a day (5 morning, 5 night) for 3 days and still felt nothing. Did I get a dud batch? When I work out I don't feel anymore energy than usual, or any less for that matter. I've tried pretty much every product out there and nothing works...
When I do want to feel warm etc.. Like everyone else reports I typically have a giant steak with a whack of tea and I can swear through a snowsuit, but otherwise empty stomach or no, I haven't noticed a difference on this product.

Let it doing what it do!, Oct 23, 2007
reviewer: Just B from Camp Arifjan, Kuwait
I have been on Hot Rox for a week and I definatly have more energy, and better work outs. I'm about 235 lbs and I haven't measured my waist but I have noticed that my clothes are looser and stomach is starting to come back to me. I Love it! I did have slight headaches at first, and a lil jittery feeling but has stopped. I get a warm feeling in my stomach after taking it but it goes away with no problem. My appetite does go away and the hunger comes into play later. I handle that with some fruit instead of junk like I use to. I have increased bathroom visits but that's because of the water intake. The Hot Rox will do it's part but keep in mine that you have to do your part as well for best results. So in a nutshell, I will say that it is definatly worth a try. Go for it!

Incredible results!, Oct 08, 2007
reviewer: Matt from NYC
I bought Hot Rox Extreme a week ago. I was having trouble losing the fat around my lower abs which was making me extremely slelf-conscience. After about 2 days of taking Hot rox, my lower abs were bulging through my stomach with vains throughout my pelvis. This is definitely a supplement worth taking.

3 years now, Sep 28, 2007
reviewer: Anonymous from USA
I'm a physician and have used Hot Rox for 3 years. It is definitely a stimulant. Unfortunately not everyone responds the same to each stimulant. Even some of the unfavorable reviews below are just describing some possible negative side effects of stimulants (diarrhea, nausea, sweating, tremors, etc). Only trial and error will tell you if you will have the positive (energy, motivation, weight loss) or negative side effects. I am generally a very lethargic person. For 3 years I have taken one pill in the AM on an empty stomach (key) and it boosts my energy and motivation for 3-4 hours. As needed I'll take another later in the day. I have tried two pills twice a day but found I built a tolerance if I maintained this dose too long. Realistically I don't think it has helped too much with direct weight loss for me, but the additional energy/motivation helps get me to the gym and get a better workout.

awesome, Sep 11, 2007
reviewer: Anonymous from U.S.
tried regular hot-rox first and then moved to extreme. with regular the first time i used it i felt like i could exercise forever, but steadily got used to the effects. i switched to extreme just to try it and every time i take it, it feels like I've had adrenaline shot into my veins. very good results, dropped a fair percentage of body fat. deffineitly recommend taking it on an empty stomach though. eat well and exercise and it will do you well!

I love these things, Aug 24, 2007
reviewer: Paige from Los Angeles, CA USA
I have been using Hot Rox consistently for the past 2 months and I am extremely satisfied with them. I have never been able to get myself to exercise regularly, but ever since I started taking Hot Rox I look forward to my workouts and as long as I keep myself hydrated, I can keep going strong throughout the whole routine. When I don't take them, I feel lethargic, but that's got to be a side effect of any stimulant you use for a prolonged period of time, I think

So far..., Aug 19, 2007
reviewer: Alex from louisville,ky usa
This is my second day on the rox i'm a 19yr old female 214lbs 60% muscle mass i've upped the dosage to 4 a day i can't say I feel the burning effect others have mentioned nor have I had the bathroom issues (but then i'm currently fasting so that could be why) I do feel incresed energy from the caffine i'm assuming since it feels like i've drank a cup of coffee its not really a jittery feeling i just feel more alert and my mood is denfintely affected but in a good way i feel kinda light (not in weight didn't feel like i was floating either) and happier and i haven't experienced any negative side effects i can't really commentt on its fat burning effects since its my 2nd day but i'll write another review soon
