I took just one capsule of RelacorePM. The suggested dose is 2 capsules. I slept very hard for 12 hours!!! It was deep REM sleep. I kept waking up the last 4 hours, but could not get up. The dreams I had were very abnormal. Once I did get up....I was not thinking clearly what so ever. This actually caused me anxiety, and an awful headache for the entire day. I was not able to function as normal. There is NO side effect information online that I could find. This just doesn't seem normal. I'm not taking a second chance with it. I would not suggest anyone trying this product.

I bought Relacore Diet pill, and within a couple days taking it I had so much lower stomach/Intestinal pain....I wondered if I had an etopic pregnancy! I stopped taking it and the pain went away. Just to be certain it was the Relacore, I tried to take the product again and within 2 days, the pains were back. I was crouched over, it was unbearable! Needless to say I stopped and never took it again. I am not sure why this happened...I did not see any "side effects" posted for this product anywhere. Even on the Relacore website. I was able to return it and get a full refund though! :)
