gives you a little lift after the first dose
I was not impressed with thermonex. It did nothing in the way of shedding fat. It only gave me an energy boost after the fist dose of the day.

energy, weightloss, but no fatloss
i used thermonex and it gave me allot of energy at the beginning of my intake. After 2 weeks, the energy boost i normally got was gone. I don't know if a lost allot of weight because of thermonex (i lost allot of pounds, but i did intensive cardio 5 times a week, eat healthy and worked with weights 4 times a week so ...) one thing i do know is that after i stopped using thermonex, my weight increased with 4 pounds in one week. So, most of the weightloss of thermonex is water.

Thermonex ... stay under dose
I started to take Thermonex about two weeks ago. I took 2 3 times a day. Cannot say I lost lots of weight, but about an inch or two at the waist. Important, take it before you eat (15 to 30 min) and it works.
Yesterday I tried 4 before breakfasat and 3 before lunch and in the afternoon I thought I am going to pass out. I had to eat and eat (probably about 1200 calories, to start feel somewhat normal again.
I will go back to the 3 x 2 pills a day again. Still want to loose another inch.
Btw- I stack with NO Xplode and NITRIX both great products.

Thermonex is the BEST!!!
I live in U.A.E n i have lost 22lbs in just 2/hf weeks n still have 2more weeks 2go n i have lost so much bcoz i DO excerise afta taking tablets like jogging, skating & swiming...so then it works gr8!!!
NoW i can easliy get into my old pantss :-)
so guys kp working out while having this tablets okie;) n c the difference

Hey there..
I just bought Thermonex today and I live in Canada.. They are still selling it at stores such as Body Systems.. so for it being illegal in Canada, thats not the case.. The Thermonex that was banned was the Ephedra based Thermonex... just to let users know

Interesting Fact about Thermonex
I bet none of you guys knew that thermonex is actually banned from canada, if you have any idea why, is because the FDA of canada inspected it and found out it was extremely bad for you, raising your blood pressure, and as soon as you get off of it you gain the fat right back. Hardly none of the products on the market today have even been inspected by the FDA, the ones that have been are due to people dying from the product, and almost all the products that have been inspected have been banned, so until someone actually dies of thermonex it will most likely stay on the market. But while you are on it, it does give you energy, makes you loose weight much easier, and if you want to take the risk and pay a lot go ahead :]

It works...as long as you put in the effort.
This product works if you put in the effort. I road a bike in the mornings ( 5 - 10 mile) and swam 4-5k yards of swimming in the afternoons. This is also working out 5-6 days a week for excess of 4 hours out of the day. The only way to lose weight is to have the right diet for this thermogenic. When taking thermonex I had energy during swimming. Not hypper type just felt like i was in control of what i was doing. I had more endurence, and and energy at the end of practice to to even more. I lost 14 pounds in the 3 months of taking thermonex. I was only took 3 pills a day. thoes who take 6-9 is over kill and its not healthy. Face the facts the only way this product will work is that you have the right diet and the right workout (which is alot of cardio) and the more effort you put in the better outcome...

Disappointed
I love NO Xplode so I thought BSN would give me a great fat burner too. I had to stop taking the pills after 3 weeks because they completely nullified my anti-anxiety medication. For those three weeks though, I took 3 pills 3x daily and did my usual daily exercises but didn't lose one single pound.

follow the label
seriusly i started taking this with a lower dose you dont get teh effects if you follow the label and do the full dose the fat loss is amazing.. i lost 8 lbs in 2 weeks on this stuff but the level of definition went up way more then that so i'm not entirely sure exactly how much fat i lost but i'm definately going to finish the 6 weeks or so of it and see last time i ran out of pills before i was finished so i am going for another round

I have been taking Thermonex for a week now. It took my stomach a few days to get use to taking 2 pills three times a day. The suggested amount is 4 pills three times a day. I plan on using this for 12 weeks. I will give more of an update as the weeks go on.
