so far so good!! July 01, 2009
Reviewer: Someone from somewhere, usa

I'm not really considered "overweight" but i've definitely gained my fair-share since high school graduation. i've been given meal plan to lose weight and its worked a little. so i started taking stacker 2's twice a day. i use to feel sick but now my body has gotten use to them. there has been some progress, more-so in physical appearance rather than my number weight. i'm hoping they continue to work, but i'm satisfied so far!

Stackers April 10, 2009
Reviewer: Kmg from usa

Hey there everyone thinking about trying stackers 2 I have had a very long on going battle with my weight, and have tried just about every diet there possibly could be. My oldest sister tried stakers 2 and lost weight doing it, but she also suffered a mild heart attack taking these pills. These pills are not for everyone, but I started taking them about a month ago and I take two a day, My cons/side affects so far have been, sickness, weakness, felt like my head was very heavy, and unwilling to do much of anything. My pros to this is I have been able to loose some much needed poundage, and have been able to go to a store and buy only the things on the list now because I do not feel so hungry that I have to buy out the full store, I Recommend being carefull taking them, I Weighed in at 279.00lbs a month ago. and I am only 5'5, I am now weighing in at 253.5lbs i know its not alot but so far i think the have helped. i wish there were no side affects though. i guess with every great thing though there is a bad.

nauseous April 07, 2009
Reviewer: Savannah from Myrtle Beach, SC

I've been taking these pills for about a week now, somedays I will eat, take a pill, and be fine, but other days, I will eat, take a pill, and have diarrhea and feeling nauseous. I'm not a fan of feeling nauseous and definitely HATE vomiting. I wasn't sure if it was the food I was eating that was making me sick, but doing some research, and reading about it, feeling nauseous is a very large side effect. Feeling nauseous most of the time is never worth any pill! Gross! At least I tried!

Good, but expect side effects! March 25, 2009
Reviewer: Anonymous from Anytown, AT 55555

I've used Stacker 3 on and off. It really does supress your appetite, but the side effects are correct. You're often sick to your stomach, dizzy, and feel light headed. You also get the shakes sometimes. It does subside after a few days of taking it. It might not be the healthiest way to lose weight, but they definitely work!

stackah 3! March 24, 2009
Reviewer: Julia from Massachusetts!

alright so if you take these with not much on your stomach, you pretty much feel as though you're going to pass out and your heart is going to stop..don't ever take a shower at the same time. If you take two a day, i think that's best. They work really well, sometimes makes me moody and weak feeling but you can really feel it eating through whatever you just ate and it's a satisfying feeling. they suppress your appetite a lot. i seriously think these things are addictive.

I'M LOVING IT !!!! March 23, 2009
Reviewer: Penny from ARKANSAS - USA BABY !!!!!!

Hi All, I am 39 years old, 5'6 and weigh 146lbs. I just started taking Stacker3 Xplc and I love them. About an hour after I take ONE (1), NOT TWO (2) at time, I do get a little light headed and jittery, however, that's when I realize that the energy has kicked in and I need to start burning it off!!! I love this stuff. I have power washed my entire driveway and side walk, cleaned every room in my 2 story home and I have done alot of outside yard work. I use to sit around without the motivation or energy to do anything, but taking stacker3 has really been a big improvement to my life. So far, I haven't had any problems sleeping at night, I start getting sleepy around the same time that I am use to. I haven't lost much weight yet however, I have only been taking it for 5 days, so wish me luck my fellow dieters!! But even if I don't lose alot of weight, I am loving the energy that it has given me, (and so does my husband!) I would recommend Stacker3 to anyone who needs energy and wants to loose weight but only if they have enough sense to read and follow drections. It isn't the product that is a hazard to your health, it's the inability to follow directions that can be harmful.

Just started will see..... March 18, 2009
Reviewer: Gabe from Indiana

I'm doing the 3 a day and only had a headache once durring 1st week. As for sleeping I actually fell asleep twice watching movies on the couch and went to bed early twice! I'm 235lbs and 6' tall so maybe the lightweights shouldn't take this if their body is already too small for the dose. If you jitter, get dizzy and headaches don't take 3 pills go with 1 or 2. If you don't lose weight up it back simple as that.

Works February 25, 2009
Reviewer: Seth from Milwaukee, WI

Here's my story. I am 5'9" and 175lbs. I go to the local gym as often as I can. However, with me working third shift at the hospital and going to school for my RN degree full time, I am lucky if I can make it to the gym once a week. I have good muscle tone, just needed something to kick off my stomach fat loss. This did the trick. Unlike the others on here that say "I almost died thanks to Stacker" read their review. One guy even said "I took 2 right after a meal and ended up in the ER". The box even states take 1 (ONE) at a time. No more than 3 a day. This guy must have the mind of an infant to take 2. I take 1 a day after breakfast (a big one) and hit the gym an hour later. Really gives me energy. Thanks Stacker!!!

the worst way to lose weight January 27, 2009
Reviewer: Health teacher from louisiana

ok well stackers willgive you energy but its very bad for you. you will get sick with headaches and jitters and such if you dont eat before taking. it tells you to on the pack. everyone will have a different side affect bc we all have different bodies. and some can handle sugar and caffine better than others. and yes you do need to excersise. but you see people dont realize this. in order to get energy you have to burn energy. yes i know sometimes its hard to get up and do something. but why dont you try it. like get up and maybe start cleaning. or go outside and start doing something. and i promise a few minutes after that you will not need an energy pill to get energy. you will autmatically start wanting to do something. then you just get yourself in the habbit. at first its hard but gets alot better. there are so many side effect with all diet pills not just this one. and if you lose weight fast then that is not good for you. you need to excercise and go one day at a time. its not healthy to try to lose so much in so little amount of time. it can cause serious health problems. and weight is not what you really need to lose. muscle weighs more than fat. so if you weigh less that could mean that your losing your muscle. you dont want to do that. so thats why i say take your time. you should want to lose inches before weight. its the best thing for you.

Stacker Review January 18, 2009
Reviewer: Chelsea Hoffman from Danville, Pa

I think stacker is one of the best diet pill products. I've tried so many different ones such as lipozene, zanrax and so on... but I found stacker to be the most helpful. Out of stacker products I recommender stacker 3 xplc, this one seems to work the best. It makes you less hungry and more energized. I feel it helps you to be more awake and ready. I lost about 15 pounds so far, I love this product.

There's better options January 05, 2009
Reviewer: Keely from Duluth MN

I have taken Stacker 2 and another product, hydroxycut at some point. But I have never finished a bottle. It's not worth the jitters, headaches and nausea. You know what works? The south beach diet! I am a health fanatic usually, I already eat super healthy but when I want to lose 5-10 lbs (December=x-mas cookies and alcohol) I go into phase one of the south beach diet and drop it in a week, without exercise. However exercise is important with any long term weight loss as well as living a great pain-free life. (I've had arthritis, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome since I was 8). You may get energy to expend with a pill but you'll get energy once you drag your butt off the couch and exercise for 5 minutes! Exercise gives you energy! Have a cup of coffee or caffeinated tea if you need a boost. Over my life I have lost a total of 110 lbs. I'm 5'9", 138 lbs. Gained 64lbs with my first pregnancy, lost it, then gained 46lbs with my second, lost all in three months by doing south beach diet and minimal exercise (walk 30-60 min 3-4 days/week). I'm not a gym rat, if I did it anyone can with a healthy diet and minimal exercise. You just have to do it! Good luck!

stacker 2 is not a good choice... January 01, 2009
Reviewer: Mistaken from Louisiana

I would definitely not suggest stacker 2 to anyone. I only took it once a day for about 5 or 6 days, and stopped because I didn't like how it was making me feel. I don't really know why I decided to take it in the first place -- these pills are not prescribed or tested by the american medical association... = bad news. The day after I stopped taking them (after having only about 6 of them), I felt very light headed and exhausted, then for the next week I was nauseated and could not hold anything down. I barely ate or drank anything for a week, and I felt miserable. I felt that bad after only having one a day for 6 days -- so imagine what someone could feel like after having 2-3 a day for an extended period of time! Seriously, find any other way to lose weight. Change your eating habits and increase exercise!

Great Diet Suppliment if handled with Common Sense October 28, 2008
Reviewer: NE from Washington, DC

I have used Stacker 2 in the past. As noted clearly on the bottle, they do have temporary side effects which I experienced in the first couple of days of use. My side effects consisted of a slight increase in heart rate, jittery nerves, and I also noticed that I didn't have much of an appetite. Within a few days of use, I was calm, and my appetite was back, but not as big as it uses to be, before starting the diet supplement. From the time I started, I maintained the recommended dosage of 1 pill along with my meals, only 3 times a day. I started an active lifestyle and walking 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week. When I started, I weighed about 265lbs and dropped to 175lbs. I do recommend the product, but only to those who can maintain a healthy dosage, dedicate themselves to staying active, and can follow instructions. (You can't take this pill, and expect to sit around all day, that's where the jitters come in. You have to burn it off.) If you are easily affected by antibiotics or are sensitive to the effects of caffeine, I do not recommend this product.

Concerned about the Caffeine? September 18, 2008
Reviewer: Greg from Cincinnati, OH

I've read a lot of comments on the 'massive amounts' of caffeine in this and how dangerous it can be.. This is a very biased fact, and everyone's body reacts differently to caffeine. It is a stimulant, a mild one. According to the manufacturer, one stacker 3 pill contains 250mg of caffeine, and approximately 6mg of caffeine alkaloids (other chemicals that metabolize by cytoenzymes in your body into caffeine).. 250mg sounds like a lot, and if you are not used to it - it can be certainly, especially in a one-shot dose. But fact remains, a Grande' Starbucks 'Breakfast Blend' coffee contains between 412-550mg of caffeine. (standard deviation in beans) so use this information as you see fit.. If you do drink the aformentioned coffee, switch to something 'decaf' and if you decide to continue your coffee regiment, do so at the risk of caffeine.

Caution: Not to be used as an energy pill. September 18, 2008
Reviewer: Jitterbug from Georgia.

White Male, 22, 165 pounds. I work in a warehouse throwing boxes for 8 to 10 hours a night on 3rd shift, I was dragging 1 night and a friend noticed, he offered one of his Stacker 3 pills, around 2:00 a.m. An hour later I was feeling like Superman. Moving more boxes than UPS. I kept a bottle of water on me at all times do to the fact I could not get enough. Every other pallet I would down 8 oz. of water. Sweat was poring out of every place possible, I was still feeling like Superman, then comes break around 3:00am. I could not even sit down. I was shaking severely and my heart rate would not calm. I became light headed and cloudy minded. I felt like this until around 6:00am and then my stomach felt extremely empty. I became intolerably tired and jittery. I got off work around 6:30 and tried going to sleep with no avail. It is now 12:30 and I still feel wired, sick and jittery. I do not recommend. I myself will never take another one.

the instructions are on the box/bottle! September 10, 2008
Reviewer: SM from LA, CA

I used to take Stacker 2, it helped out greatly with my weight loss in the past. i found stacker 3 in the store and thought- ooh, even better. This stuff works. it gives you a lot of energy and curbs your appetite but you have to be CAREFUL with what you put in your body! Read and FOLLOW the instructions. Taking more than one at a time is STUPID, and you have no one to blame but yourself if you end up in the ER. If you're just starting out and not used to caffeine in ridiculously high doses, start with ONE pill after breakfast. (I mean a real breakfast, not half grapefruit). I have abused diet pills in the past and ive learned the hard wy taking 2 at a time, or 6 a day or whatever DOES NOT make it work better. landing yourself in the hospital wont help you get any fitter, neither will getting yourself on suicide watch. If you experience serious side effects, stop taking it! try regular hydroxycut or something tht allows you to take a smller dose (take 1 hydroxy instead of 2or 3).

a trip to the ER thanks to Stacker 2 September 07, 2008
Reviewer: CRASHED from OWENSBORO, KY

I recently took 2 stacker 2's after dinner and about an hour later i was rushed to the ER after crashing from heart palpitaions and respiratory failure. i am a healthy 20 year old male and had it not been for my family and the paramedics i would have died thanks to stacker 2. i do not reccomend this product and urge others to stay away. its not safe and shouldnt be legal they are not approved by the FDA and i now know why. its better to be tired and over weight than to be in a morgue. stacker 2 should be heavily investigated i have already filed a formal complaint. STAY AWAY FROM THEM THEY DO NOT HELP.

Trial and error August 19, 2008
Reviewer: Connie from Ky

Second week on Stacker 3 for the 1st time. Last week I took 3 a day, one after each meal. I was sick for two days, throwing up, diarea and headaches. On Sunday night I couldn't sleep, so I took only one on Monday and have taken only one today. I have a history of depression, they seem to improve my mood, but I am not stupid. If I can't tolerate one a day without side effects such as the ones mentioned above, I will discontinue taking them. I was told about Stacker products by a friend who uses them while lifting weights and trying to lose fat.

stacker August 18, 2008
Reviewer: Caitlin from USA

so i've been reading through these reviews thinking that most of them don't make a whole lot of sense and ramble...that's pretty much what stacker does to you--or maybe i'm just having trouble reading them. I take 3 most days but maybe i should cut down to two. i'm used to feeling jittery and dizzy because i always overdo it on the caffeine. it does work though--just taking the pill helps me stay on track because i think to myself, why take the pills and eat badly anyway, that's a waste of money.

Stacker's August 16, 2008
Reviewer: Mary from Milwaukee, WI

I get the best work out when I'm using stacker's because it ups your energy when you're trying to diet. However I saw a commercial the other day about pulmonary hypertension from diet pills that freaked me out a little. Sometimes I feel short of breath but that could just be from the increased heart rate? I drink coffee with it too.

walking is a very VERY mild way to loss weight...what you should do is going to a gym school..Run or Cross...and do some crunches for youre abs...

Just starting July 31, 2008
Reviewer: Bryan B from San Diego, CA USA

Hi,

I decided to try this again after seeing it at rite aid a few times. I had taken it about 4 years ago and recall that I lost some weight, with virtually little extra effort. I had actually experienced more of a disoriented effect than a speedy one then. The first time I took it this time I had a litte of that followed by some speediness and moodiness (I'm usually pretty laid back and relaxed so not feeling that way was a little bit of a downer (upper ? lol) if you know what I mean . But I made the mistake of drinking a cup of coffee that morning ... oops lol. I took one in the afternoon after eating a nice big carne asada burrito (ie fool stomach) and than I was pretty much fine. Today I took one this morning (no coffee - lesson learned : ) and I was fine. I took another after lunch (pizza) and only experienced mild energy, although playing volleyball in the sun probablly wiped me out. I am quite used to caffeine too though, as I usually have a cup of coffee, monster, and than that diet pepsi with ginseng in the afternoon, oh and the new starbucks shake with matcha green tea for the ride home lol.

So since I have a tolerance for caffeeine as long as I stay away from coffee and such I think I'll be fine.

As for losing weight, its still too soon to tell - but I do exercise ie play sports and surf and such ... but I stil like to eat and drink what I want lol which as I get older (thirties) is not as easy to do and keep your weight constant, but I'm sure gonna give it a try : ) . Actually I'm probablly exercising more now. As far as the appetite suppressant part, maybe, but for my first week I'm experimenting with eating what I want when I want and looking at the results. If I'm not satisfied than I will focus on eating less, but hopefully I won't have to stoop to such drastic measures LOL.

stacker 3 May 12, 2008
Reviewer: D from NC

Hi...I've taken stacker 3 on and off for a few months now, and find that I'm able to lose weight quick on it.

i recommend you eat before you take this pill and if your new to stacker 3 only take one. i found that when i take it in the afternoon as suggested, I'm not able to sleep at night.

this definitely gives you the energy needed to work out. and i think the jittery feeling comes only after you take the pill and are sitting still. (at least that is my experiance)

do not drink coffee before or after taking stacker3 that will only increase the jittery/sick feeling.

i hope this helps...=)

Just Started Taking Stacker 3 May 02, 2008
Reviewer: Robert Wayne from Lake Charles, LA USA

I weigh 230 lbs. mostly abdominal fat and today was my first day to take a Stacker 3 pill. I've really cut down on the calories. Hardly anymore cokes and no more eating until I'm stuffed. Also, I'm walking about a half mile to 3/4 of a mile everyday now. After I took my first Stacker pill this afternoon I was a bit jittery and had to turn up the a/c in the apartment, but if it can help me get down to about 180 lbs. or so without having to go on a starvation diet for 2 years I'll be able to put up with the jitters for awhile.

i started taking stacker 3 about 5 days ago and I lost 5 lbs already. It really does curve your appetite and give you lots of energy! I love it and seem to have had no side effects. I 've been taking one a day. I walk about an hour every day. It's different for everyone though, my boyfriends been taking it and it hasn't done much for him, except curving his appetite. It's worth a shot though, I've tried hydroxycut, stacker 2's and they never really worked and made me feel sick. So I was suprised when Stacker 3's actually worked and had no bad effects thus far!

i'm 18 years old and i've finished a whole bottle of stacker 3 in the past, been off it for 3 months and i've just tooken 2 more pills last night. ok at first stacker 3 worked perfectly. it took a little getting used to, but the jittery side effects were totally worth the fast weight loss results. i could've eaten whatever i wanted and still kept loosing weight. however, after about 2 weeks, it seemed as if my body had gotten immune to it or something because everything went back to normal.

i don't know whats happening to me BUT i just started stacker 3 again and i'm feeling really jittery, EXTREMELY jittery. i also think its messing with my mind a little. i couldn't sleep the whole night and am feeling very emotional. half the night i acted like a crazy hippie ranting about how good life was and the other half of the night i was crying. i have no clue about whats going on. i just know that this jittery feeling isn;t right. its 7 in the morning and i haven;t slept all night. i'm extremely tired but feel like i need to run a mile or something.

i really don;t think this pill is healthy and its weight loss properties are only temporary

First Day on it and it's amazing. it just takes control and gives you insane amounts of energy. if you're someone who doesn't enjoy the jitters then it's not for you.

I started taking stacker 3 a few days ago. I really like the energy it gives me and how it supresses my appetite, but I was looking up the ingredients and I was reading that kola nut has high amounts of N-nitroso compounds which are carcinogenic. Since these pills are not FDA regulated, I don't know if there is cause to be concerned.

I had bought a 7 day supply to lose some weight and see if it works. I had too much energy all day and I felt moody. When it was time to sleep I still felt jittery and dizzy. Just stopped taking it and threw out the rest of the package.

Legal Speed, Weight loss that counts February 03, 2008

Stacker 3 is insane. I purchased stacker 3 only because I ran out of the VERY MUCH preferred Hydroxycut Hardcore. STICK WITH THE RDA (Recommended daily allowance). I am used to high amounts of caffeine as I have used products like NO Xplode and NOnA Vapor. So, I popped 1 at first. No jitters, good to average energy boost, did indeed lose weight. Popped two, HUGE energy burst, couldn't keep still, worked out for 4 hours straight. Popped 3...Legal Speed. It was actually a very extreme experience. But I have seen results in only a week. Stacker 3 is good, but if you're really serious purchase Hydroxycut Hardcore. You'll thank me.

four stars!! January 16, 2008

I have been taking stacker 3 for about two weeks now. I have dropped 10 pounds (going from 105lbs to 95lbs) and I did not experience any negative effects after the first two days. The first day I took it, I just felt really pumped (a little short of breath, but in a very good way- like being very VERY caffinated). I did have a mild crash at night, but that I am used to dealing with so it was not that bad. I never take the pill after meals (and that may be bad) in fact, most mornings I just pop it in with my multi-vitamin in the morning. I did try taking up to two at a time with no negative effects as well. Although I don't want to recommend it because of the other comments of very bad things happening to people. All I can say is everyone's body is different and be careful and know your limits!! =)
