Back Acne???
I've been reading alot about people getting back acne. Is it really that bad and does everyone that takes t-bomb get it?? Thanks for the help.

Impressive
I am 35 and started taking this stuff about 5 weeks ago, worked it into my exercise regiment with some protien shakes, dropped 17 lbs and still going, not bad. I did notice a little change in my temperment , but other than no unwanted side effects. I also combined it with some arson from the makers of the muscle asylum project.

i just started taking animal pump animal pak and tbomb 2's theres alot of zinc in the pak and tbombs so im wondering does anyone know if it will really screw me up that badly from one cycle?

im taking t-bomb. i drink a massive amount of water and dont always piss my brains out. after starting to take t-bomb i realized even when you have to take a little piss it feels like your balls are going to explode. if you drink alot of water make sure you have access to a bathroom quick. I have 1 hour classes in school nd in that hour i cant sit still nd im ready to flip out. Dont jerk off either cuz u wanna save up all the cum you cann HAHA

im 15 i know i shouldnt be taking this prouduct but i stacked it with a-bomb and sarm-x and darkmatter wow mhp has made the best prouducts of all time i weight 145 ad after 197 shredded my bench went throught the roof staring bench was 225 now 315 4 times

I've tried better mass builders
Yeah I read all the reviews I could before trying t-bomb II, and it sounded like a sure bet. Unfortunately after 2 cycles I did get a little leaner (and i was eating chicken, red meat for dinner on training days, and tuna for my proteins at every meal. Yeah I got a little more defined, but not much lean muscle gain. I did however get backne (that's back acne for the clueless), and my aggression went through the roof ( my temper was horrible; I even had people at my job ask what I was mad about everyday!!!). I have recently went back to Universal Animal M-stack (which is prohormone free) and saw much better results in my 2 cycles w/ it. If you're over 30 this is great, if you're under try the m-stack, better results and you leave the aggression in the gym.

To the guy who said people over 25 don't need this product. Wrong, this product works great with the right diet and dedication. The younger guys are the ones who need us old guys to teach them how to grow!!! Last time I checked Professional bodybuilders where Champs in their thirties. Check your spelling little one.

Great Stuff!!
Well i've tried other testosterone products like novedex XT from gaspari and not much help, I did two cycles of T-Bomb ll stacked with Sarm-X, and let me tell u it works great!!! like i wrote in the headlines. It's a little expensive but for me its worth every penny. I weighted 195 at 6'1" now after 2 cycles(about 2.5 months) im 215lbs and best believe it aint fat pounds,  Very noticeable results. The first cycle gave me those extra reps and by the time i was finishing my second cycle i upped the bench from 225 to 275lbs, And yes i did get a some acne, nothin a little acne cream couldn't fix, and sexual drive shot through the roof as well, but my girl didn't complain lol. :)~, I did also notice raised aggression, but nothing serious(controllable). None the less great product im off it now but will hit the stores for it again on the next cycle. Good luck and stay focused!!

T-Bomb II gives me headaches
I started to take T-Bomb 3 pills in the day and 3 pills at night two weeks ago. Every time I take the pills I get a headache later with some nausea. This is very weird. Last month I was taking Vitrix and it was great. I just wanted to give it a chance to T-Bomb. However, I just waisted the money because this T-Bomb is not as good as Vitrix. I am presently taking Cellmass with No-Explode and will change from T-Bomb to Vitrix again.

im 17 and play football and wreslte . bench 345 and i am taking Abomb and Tbomb ..it works well i have takin it for about 2 weeks i use itfor weight trianing butt i think that it is the best product out there right now..for all the old people that are over 25 ..i would not take it cause you guys kinda dont need it its more for people that trian hard

awesome stuff
i went through 1 bottle of t bomb 2 and i love it..i feel stronger and look more ripped than i ever have..i mostly do martial arts but weight training with t bomb 2 has given me great gains..i feel better all day long and have had no side effects at all..i take 2 in the morning 2 in the afternoon and 2 before bed and it works great..i just bought my second bottle so it must be working for me..i tried many other products like this but t bomb 2 is way better than all of them...just try and see for yourself i am glad i did..oh yea its great for sex drive to....thanks mhp...

28 Year old-1st bottle
I purchased this a few weeks back and I haven't had any adverse side-effects taking a lower recommended dosage (2morning & 2evening). I read the guys post of the increased zinc and anemia, and although rare in man, it is highly possible with that amount.

Nevertheless, I am looking to shape up a little bit beginning next week. I'm currently 220 5'11, apprx. 19.9% body fat. I found myself not lifting weights for nearly a year and have increased my max. one rep lift to 200lbs.

FOR YOU YOUNG GUYS, WHEN I WAS 14-21, I ALWAYS WEIGHED 145-155lbs. I WORKED OUT WITH THE BASKETBALL TEAM, WORKED PART-TIME, AND PLAYED SPORTS ON MY OFF TIME. NOT TO MENTION, SMOKED A CIGARETTE OR TWO A DAY. MY POINT IS, YOU MAY HAVE A HIGH METABOLISM AND THIS IS CAUSING A LOW WEIGHT GAIN OR NONE AT ALL. IN SUCH, THIS IS HOW I GAINED 65lbs. I stopped smoking and I drank a protein shake and creatine for 5 months. All the while I worked-out till I reached a plateau. Then I took a multivitamin for 3 months, and began working out again. This increased weight and strength but I lost endurance. (easy to regain though). REMEMBER: I ate a 2500 cal. healthy diet and slept well. Then I stopped working out for 1 year and stop taking creatine, - its unhealthy for long periods, drank only whey protein shakes, really limited caffeine and sugar the whole time, and was limited myself to being a couch potatoe. Well, within 1 year I have put on 65lbs, eating a 2200 cal. diet.

MY SUGGESTION IS: Follow this to slow your metabolism and gain fat and muscle. You can work that fat off easily. Remember, thats the goal as its easier to get it off than put it on!

Its not Just the T-Bomb its HOW YOU USE IT
I just turned 25 I am very against anyone younger then 30 using testosterone but i work at gnc. I had an individual return a full bottle of t-bomb so I read the ingredients read a few reviews and decided to try it. If you would like to maximize your results with this product then read on not recommended for beginners or anyone under 25.

--Morning routine--

1.45 minutes before workout mixed greens drink 2 tablespoons around 10 servings of vegetables and a ton of diffrent antioxidants liver support etc, I mix in with it two tablespoons a flax seed oil. Then I take a two a day multi only take one, then I take two b-complex 50, two dome ease (to reduce soreness), then I mix powdered vitamin c around 3-4 thousand milligrams (work up slowly as will cause diarriaha) drink this delicious concoction.

2.Drink around 8 ounces of water after around 15 minutes of first drink.

3.take a mass drink one scoop around 200 calories with a cup of rice milk another 100 calories.

4.I stack my tbomb 3 pills with nano vapor and creakic. Ill take 3 creakics and 1-2 scoops of vapor depending on tiredness for gym.

5.drink a shit load of water. (while lifting usually an hour and a half to two hours)

6. come home have a post workout drink of anabolic halo. and 3 more t bomb. I should have another 3 more creakic but im already taking more creatine then i should so i only do half.

7. wait another 15-30 minutes and have a protein shake water or rice milk. at this point ill have two scoops of whey to get around 40 grams of protein.

8. wiat an hour and a half eat.

9-13.numerous protein shakes 45 minutes after eating usually only 28 grams. then usually the other ones between 1-2 hours of each other depending on hunger. If you have any hunger pains you are burning lean mass NOT fat so beware eat to grow.

14. this whole time you should be consuming water in between each day you should have to buy a gallon of water. MIXING WATER WITH PROTEIN does not count you need just water if not your liver and kidneys will start to have problems.

15. eat dinner then usually another shake before bed.

16. YOU HAVE TO FREAKIN SlEEP.

Now I personally do a little bit of an intense workout schedule 2days a week legs and then my back bis, chest tris, then I cycles chest tris or back and bis one more time a week for mass. minimum 5 on 2 off.

At the moment its been around two weeks with this stack i started at 178lbs im now at 180-183 depending on my water as for strength...flat dumbells could do 90's for around 6 reps now at 105's for 6 reps, hip sled i started around 4 plates for 8 reps around 440 lbs (my hipsled has 80lbs start) now up to 6 plates 620.

Basically wanna get big DO LEGS release your natural testosterone and have fun do not put more weight on then you can handle in any exercise my stack will make you feel strong but sometimes you are not as strong as you feel.

Read this.
Before i started taking t-bomb, i've tried simple supplements like creatine and combinations of carnine, arginine, and glutamine. They worked well, but i started to move onto nitrix and now t-bomb which are amazing. I'm 6'3" 225lbs and my bench reps went from 225 10x to now 225 21x. I've only been taking this for about a month but before i did i was already in good condition. So dont think your numbers are goin to go up instantly. For the dosage i take, some might think its to much. I take 4 pills 3 times a day. Seriously, its not that bad of side effects. Back acne increased a little, my temper got a little worse, but the worse is severe headaches a few times a week. But its bareable. Workout 5days a week, and not to heavy but enough to push yourself a little more everyday, and you will see gains in size in strenght. Some people on here make it sound by just taking t-bomb youll get bigger, trust me nothing will just get you bigger, unless you take steroids. I didnt put on much weight maybe 5lbs but the definition and cuts are more noticable. Last thing, cycle on and off every month. My buddy started to get some weird rash and estrogen levels increase if you dont cycle so just a word from the wise.

Some tips for better results
I have been using this product for 6 months (2 months using it one month off cycles) 9 tablets daily 3 in the morning around 8am, 3 around 3pm, and 3 around 10pm before going to bed. i have had amazing result, very little water retention, and amazing gains in muscle and streght. y use nitrotech instead of the regular whey protein, that helps me to get that ripped look and gives me a boost of energy before workouts.
But donīt forget this is not a magic pill that will give you the arnold look in one month... testosterone supplements means you have to train twice as hard than yo usually did before, you have to follow a high protein diet (1 gram/pound of your weight), my primary source of protein are egg whites (each egg white has 3 grams) and chicken breast (7 grams each)and y make 45 minutes of cardiovascular training twice a week. y suggest you should srteght train 5 days a week only, DO NOT USE OVERWEIGHT!!! just because your muscles are getting stronger doesn't mean your joints are, use the right weight about 8 reps/set, i injured my shoulder 2 years ago in the bench press due to overweight lifting, another tip is to aboid eating to much red meat, the red meat has a lot of protein but a lot of fat too, and eating it every day dramatically increases uric acid in your system, causing joints pain (it happened to me). another thing is to avoid alcoholic drinks, supplements make your liver and kidneys work 3 to 4 times harder than usual and just figure out what 6 beers will add to them. and the most important thing of all is to sleep 7-8 hours every day, working out is just 30% of the job, 40% is a goog diet, and 40% is the time you give your body a brake (sleep). so donīt blame the supplement, bodybuilding is one of the hardest sports ever an dedication and sacrifice is the only supplement that will make you big.

I had the same question, here is what I found out. Hope this helps (from MHP's website FAQs about T Bomb II):

How should I take it?
Take 3 tablets twice a day with or without food.

I tried taking T Bomb II about 2 years ago and had really good results in terms of T production (if swollen b0llocks is a good sign of that!?!) I am currently taking it again and have just gone from taking 3 in the morning and 3 in the evening, before a workout, to taking that dosage plus 3 just before bed (as I haven't noticed it being as effective this time) - too early to say what the outcome will be. I am also using 'BSN Cellmass', which is about the best creatine product I've tried.

9 pills a day what the #$ck!
Just started taking these things today. I've read so many good reviews that I wanted to see for myself.

I'm taking 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. I saw that some people said to up the dose to 3 pills 3 x a day (1.5 x recconmended dose).

From what I've read that would probably be a bad idea since it contains 25mg of zinc per dose. That would be a a woppin' 75mg plus whatever zinc you're consuming from foods and vitamins. The RDA for zinc is 15mg a day and upperlevel intake without complications of 40mg. I've read that doses of 50 or above for extended periods of time can cause a copper deficiency which can lead to anemia and low white blood cell counts and increased opportunities for infections. And although the pills contain copper (2x RDA for adults 19 years and older per dose)the copper deficiency is being caused by the high amount of zinc which is causing copper absorbsion problems. So that 2mg of copper probably won't help.

I'm not a dietician, but based on what I've read from reliable sorces the high amount of zinc would make taking the recommended dose a bad idea (especially if you are taking a multivitamin that includes zinc) and taking a larger or double dose (as someone suggested on another site) a really bad idea.

Can someone help me please..
Can somebody please, for the love of god, please tell me the proper directions for this product. I know that I'm supposed to take 3 in the morning and 3 in the evening? Ummm, for the evening time, do I take the pills before the work out or before I go to sleep? This si rediculous how they don't give the proper instructions. PLUS, the morning pills, do you take them as soon as you wake up with an empty stomach or do you eat first? I believe these are important questions that have not been answered.

i see alot of younger guys on here talking about taking sups, DO NOT DO IT!!!! YOU WILL DESTROY YOUR BODY!!!! between the ages of 15 and 25 (approx) your bodies are producing plenty of hormones all by themselsve, the very best things you can do are 1)get plenty of sleep, 2)workout on schedule all the time and do not deviate (no excuses get in the f'ing gym and lift until you feel like you're going to die then lift some more)3) eat and drink water until you cant anymore then eat and drink some more, after all you can;t build a big house without a lot of bricks!!! basically weight training requires absolute dedication, no tricks and no quick fixes, lots of pain. and for guys over 30 that have all other things under control, this stuff dows work if taken properly

i started taking it for Awhile while our football team was in offseason i saw alot of results ut then when we went on chrstmas break and was out for a week it seemed like all my strength i gained went away. so i would sugggest that if you do take it dont stop for a period of time!

Im 21 years old and started usin this about a week ago. Workouts are longer and im lifting more, with no side effects. Perfect results. Paid to much at GNC but other than that its the best ive tried. im 6'2 227lbs. (be sure to keep up with your protien intake)

I'm 44 years old and am on my first bottle of "T-Bomb II." I walked into a GNC and originally wanted DHEA but was recommended this instead. It works. I have already gone from 233 to 238 in less than three weeks. My workouts are better and I have no ill side effects. Although I paid too much at the GNC, I will purchase this product again but this time over the NET. For middle aged guys, I would highly recommend this supplement. It works.

Blake im 17 too man and you sound like a typical kid our age who wants to get big fast, im the same way. The best way is just pack your diet with as much food as you can, its really the only way. dont do any prohormones or even think bout steroids, my friend did a methyl 1 -d cycle and his balls shrunk and he broke out with acne. He scrued up his test levels permanently. However t bomb is a not a prohormone and it allows your body to produce test naturally so i fig its a pretty good supplement

im 17 and iv been workin out for about a year and a half..iv takin dy methol, 17 methol,and iv done the mass cycle from gnc and nothin has worlked yet..im tryin to get mass and i just cant seem to do it,i have a persolal trainer so i dont think its the way i work out..and i just purchased t bomb today and was wondering if it really worked??im 5'7 145 and im just really ripped i want something that will give me mass fairly quick like 15 or 20 pounds
