It's not like creatine, it's not a stimulant, and it's definitely
not your generic pre-workout supplement. GAKIC is a patented
pre-workout musclebuilding supplement that is unlike anything
you've ever seen or tried before!
Gakic is designed to help your body deal with metabolic
fatigue, the by-products lactic acid and ammonia, and thus
delay the moment of failure - helping you get 1, 2, or even
3 more reps in, allowing you to get more explosive performance
in just minutes.
I've only taken this product several times, the first two times with half the recommended dosage (4caps), and the last two with the recommended 8cap dosage. The first to times I took the half dosage I didn't really see any gains at the gym. The last two times I have taken it with the full dosage I saw a noticable improvement in the amount of reps I could do. However, both times I have taken the recommended 8cap dosage I can not sleep at all. I will never ever take this product again. Might work for some, but its not worth it to me when I have school/work the next day and I can't get any sleep or very little.

I Noticed a change
i have done several big Muscletech stacks taking GAKIC, CREAKIC, LEUKIC, Celltech, Anator P7 all in one shot for about 10weeks. GAKIC was the only product i took on its own after the others ran out. But once it ran out i found that my strength didnt go down or ever up like they claim. I was able to do more reps. i could get 10, 11 maybe even 12 reps with weigth i knew i should get 8, 9 reps maximum. Thats the results i got from GAKIC

i have noticed, that my weight, has risen from 242 to 262 !!! I am a little concerned about what is happening here.. My body fat measures 22% , which obviously , is high for bodybuilding. my blood sugars are noraml , since i was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, my age 48. My goal is to strengthen my hip and thigh muscles, to help with my degenerating hips..i can feel the benefits from this product, Should I stop taking this product , I"m not really made to be 270!!

Muscletech?
Muscletech sucks! Plain and simple. None of the people who endorse their products actually take it because none of it really works. Ive taken almost every one of their products and can honestly say that none of it works. I thought it was me but anyone Ive ever talked to that has taken any of their products say it doesnt work. Now they have their muscle asylum project bullshit out trying to show that they have really turned things around and are trying to step it up but its all crap. Gakic is no different. Its garbage. A 10.5% increase in strength with 1 dose? How is this possible? More like a 10.5% decrease. Ive never seen a company who fails to produce a quality product so successfully!

Works...but the Side Effects (Head, Heart)!
The Good: Allows me to extend my workouts 25-50%; Longer workouts mean more variations on arms, chest and legs before fatigue finally sets in; Good gains on strength as I am able to produce an additional rep or two from my sets
The Bad: Headaches, Nausea, Light-headedness - Often Commencing During Workout; Heart Palpitations, Irregular Heartbeat, Dizziness - 1-2 Hours after workout complete. Digestional issues and sleep disruption noted on full dose.
I have been using this product for around three weeks ago, starting with a half dose then most recent two times with a full dose. I found around a one hour delay for the effects to start kicking in rather than the 30-45 minutes they claim.
I am going to try going back to the half dose as the side effects were too great to offset the benefits for me. However I would advise caution, particularly for those with lower percentages of bodyfat.
Finally, I would have initially rated this product 4 or 5, but now that I am starting to see the side effects, the score has dropped. I will post an update after a few more half-doses.

Horrible taste
Still an amateur at body building and have tried my fair share of products at this point with varied results. Like most others read about Gakic in a review and gave it a shot. I didn't feel like swallowing 8 tablets after trying Hydroxcut (really messed up the sleeping pattern) so I got the powder. OK the taste is really BAD. It is by far the worse tasting thing I have ever had but the stuff really works. I have been on it for 2 weeks now and have really noticed the difference. Fatigue sets in later and I can push harder with larger weights then before. It is pricey but it is worth it in my opinion.

DON'T WAST YOUR MONEY!
This product is a total rip off. Don't wast your time or money on Gackic or any other muscletech products. It tasted like stomach acid and made me feel like shit. I used Gackic for 1 horrible month and I saw absolutely no strength increases. If anything I felt weaker.

Be careful !!!
After a couple of weeks of using the product, I noticed heart palpitations where my heart would skip beats...after sets at the gym but also at home. Results were minimal and price was maximal!! I stopped using Gakic and my symptoms faded away. No one knows the long term dangers of this product, so be careful! Good food is always the best supplement anyway. So save your body and your bucks and just eat more protein...

why all these reviews are faulty
As you can tell all these people have only taken gakic for a week or so and are shocked by its effect. you have no idea what it will do to you after a couple months time. I actually used a whole container of the powder and found no bad side effects then. but I will bet money that if you use that stuff for 3 months straight you will extremly messed up. And as for those no side effects shown in tests, thats becasue those test were like a day long. One day this stuff will get a long term test and it will show its dangerous. But I will definately use this stuff before football games because it is sweet with the automatic strngth gains.

Has anyone else had any acne breakouts? I havent had any acne on my shoulders or back, but as soon as i started taking this stuff i noticed breakouts on my chest shoulders and back. Also, it doesnt help me any more than the Nitrix or no-explode that i was taking. Save your money and stick to what you know.

gakic
about a month ago i took the mass building stack form gnc. its a 15 day trial including luekic and creakic. the first day i was on all 3 of them i felt like an animal. No fatigue on my chest, i felt like i could bench and fly all day. for hte rest of the week 1st week I only felt a little fatigue resistance. but the following week all my lifts went down. I have no idea if its just my bodys reaction to this product or what. I also dont feel much from creatine.

BAD ASS
I thought this stuff was going to be a bunch of crap until I noticed the amount of extra reps I was able to do. It's was incredible. Just make sure you take it a full 45 minutes before you work out. I will not lift without this stuff again. The strenght increase is unreal.

i liked it
after seeing the add in a magazine and reading about it i wanted to buy this stuff. my friend told me not to buy it because he said it was just all hype and it wouldnt do what it said on the bottle plus it was to much $. so i decided i would try it out without wasting my money so that if it didnt work i wouldnt have lost anything, and if it did work then cool. i went down to rite aid and jacked a bottle then used it the next day for a tackle football game at the park. it worked! i had more stamina and i was able to go longer and harder then usaul. by the time the game ended everyone was beat but i still wanted to keep going

strength/energy increase but insomnia
took it for the first time 3 days ago. definately felt a new energy level and the want and ability to go heavier for longer. Then came night night time and eyes like saucers finally followed by 3 hours of kaka sleep, making me wonder if the bad outweighed the good. I lift in IPF, i hope like hell its legal!!!!! i'd proably do it again, but morning workouts only, and only after confirmation that i can piss in the jar with no concerns

I recently used GACKIC for the first time. I took the full 8-pill dosage about 45 minutes before my workout. I must say this stuff had me working harder and without the burn. Well, the burn finally came, but it was much later in my workout. Moreover, it gave me the same workout effect as creatine, but without the creatine (I haven't taken creatine in years). Yes, it's expensive, but it works.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY!
I should have given up on Muscletech after I wasted money on Hydroxycut Hardcore. Unfortunately, I gave them one more chance when I purchased Gakic. I followed the directions perfectly, and nothing happened. On some excercises, I improved; on others I made no progress. Don't make the mistake I did! Even if slight strengh increases are made, it doesn't justify the expense. SAY NO TO GAKIC!

heart palpitations
I am 35 (female)and have been working out for 17 years, i took gakic for the first time the other day and had the best workout of my life, literally. my weights went right up, as did my reps...i was crazy sore for three days after. My one concern was my heart, I felt palpitations, dizziness and shortness of breath after each set. Nothing overly alarming though. I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that because usually the limiting factor during a workout is muscle fatigue and now its virtually eliminated, my heart has to tell me when to stop? I'm in very good shape cardio-wise, but if this happens I would say just listen to yourself when your heart and mind say to stop, it could probably be dangerous if you pushed too much. Be nice to get some official feedback about this from the suppliers...

Just one workout so far
I can't say enough about this stuff. I workout last night using just half a scoop (half the recommended dosage) with a liter of water. The effect took about 10 mins to be felt best described as a very "Ready" feeling. Once I started pumping.. wow. Started pushing way over my max with more rep. No breaks in between sets. I could feel my muscles getting tired alot later in sets but even then it was very muted. At the end of my normal cardo/pump/sauna workout I'm usually crawling to my car but able to get more sets in and at the end felt great. Did not have the buzzed feel of the caffeine cocktels. I don't know what this stuff is but its great.

okay so first off im 16 so i mean it says on the bottle not recommended for anyone below that but w/e i gave it a try wit smaller doses than what is recommended. when i first began taking gakic i weight 145 an benchin 225 after about the firs day i took gakic my reps went up dramaticly i usually start off with 155 an more my way up to 185 wit reps of 6 each weight but when i began doin it it was extremly easy i was easly able 2 do 8 reps. and after all by the end of the month i had my bench up to 245 and even after a week of not takin the product my bench still maintain'd the same weight no decrease i highly recommmend it.

gakic? Not a hoax!
I've been using this for about three weeks now and it is great. It does everything it says it does. I can push out more reps and workout longer. With all the hype i was surprised to find positive results. It is truly not a hoex. i would suggest it for any serious lifter.
