I've been serving in Iraq for the last 9 months, and the results have been incredible, I eat at least 4 times a day, a high protein low carb diet, I take Cell-Tech creatine while working out, I take hydroxycut 20 min. before I workout, Nitro Tech and Leukic twice a day exactly the way is prescribed. Bobybuilding is an expensive sport, and u need to invest in your body, First when we want to use a supplement we should know that your diet is the most important thing, you can take the best supplements in the market but, if you don't eat at least 4 meals a day, choose the right routine, the right exercises, and sleep at least 8 hours per day you are wasting your time and your money!!!! There are so many factors that we may be missing, sometimes we blame the supplements we bought. Leukic has help me to keep muscle in my high protein diet, I like to lose weight slow but making sure that is only fat what I am losing, I was weighting 205 pounds 9 months ago, right now I weight 185, 20 pounds may not sound that good in 9 months for some of you, but at the end the mirror never lie to you, I see pictures of me 9 months ago and I look at myself right now and there is a huge difference. u can't try a supplement for a few weeks and see results that fast, u need to keep taking them and doing the right thing, and at the end the results will be amazing.

I had rotator cuff surgery 6 weeks ago and currently in physiotherapy. I just bought a bottle of Leukic Hardcore to see if it helps me regain muscle strength to my shoulder faster than normal, I gave it only a 2.5 because I have not yet any results, but I will get back in a few weeks.

Took Leukic along with Gakic and really like Gakic. However not sure if Leukic did anything for me. I stopped taking Leukic after the first bottle. I still take Gakic, it gives me a good pick me up for a 6:30 am workout. I would not recommend Leukic. I a take gakic preworkout, NlargeII post along with creatine and EAT RIGHT. I'm a hard gainer and I gained 10 lbs with this combination in 8 weeks.

This product works ok, but for the money you pay...it's not worth it.
While on it I felt very lazy in the gym, but got a bit stronger still. What I liked a lot was that the muscle you gain stays on when you end your cycle.
Rather invest that money in a proper diet and try to train harder with a good supplement providing you energy and mental focus.

Leukic reviewJuly 11, 2009
Reviewer: Mark from Devon, UK
I tried Leukic almost as soon as it arrived in the UK, and after using it for two months I was pretty disappointed. I took it just once a day for the first month, mainly because of the typical Muscletech price. You think Muscletech is expensive in the US, in the UK, Leukic online costs at least £50. That's about $75.
The second month I pushed the boat out and went for a double daily dose, every twelve hours. I'm affraid to say, not much improvement, though I did notice an improvement in my recovery. However, during my next test boost cycle I combined it with MHP T-Bomb, and the results were fantastic. The two combined were far better than when taken seperately. I also used Leukic whilst trying to shift a little unwanted timber that I'd accumulated in various places on my body after a long term back injury. It was amazing at preserving my muscle, even when my protein intake was low. It has helped me to get a little more from my creatine, perhaps because of it's positive effect on insulin. It has also improved the effectiveness of my BCAA and EAA supplementation. Two years later, and it's now an invaluable part of my supplement routine because I now know how to get the most out of it. No more catabolism, no more DOMS, and more importantly... no more wasted money ! Three stars may sound harsh, but on it's own this product may not be the answer for many people. But as part of a well rounded supplement routine it could be priceless. Whether you use a good protein or a cheaper one, Leukic will undoubtedly help your body to make the most of the protein you give it. The problem is the price. Whether you think the results are worth the cost is up to the you. You may want to try a cheaper L-Leucine supplement first and see how you go. But don't give up, do your research and you might discover your Holy Grail. Remember, One man's muck is another man's brass.

I have been using not only Leukic, but I have been using the entire stack (Gakic, Leukic, Creakic) for over 4 months now. I take them as recommended and they have done wonders for me. I am currently serving in Iraq, and this allows me time to go to the gym and really focus on what I need to do. Since I have started taking the stack, I, as well as others, have noticed the increases size and strength I have gained. Not only that, my muscles and starting to get alone harder and become alot more pronounced. My max on my bench has jumped 75 Lbs, I have more energy throughout the workout and very little post workout fatigue. I follow the stack up by taking a protein shake prior to be. And low and behold the results are outstanding.

I stack it with Myo Shock, which i take 30mins before my workout. It definitally works to build lean muscle mass, but only if your lifting medium to light weights.

I eat alot of food but no protein supplements.I had no problems I started with the recommended 6 pills. after christmas I started the regiment again but bumped up to the hardcore dose of 12 pills a day. Wow I exploded now I weigh around 135 lbs My bench press max is around 140 and is going up every week I am rarely fatigued. It works better than I ever thought Nothing has ever worked like it has. I have tried a few products, with minimal results. After taking the stack of Gakic, Leukic and Creakic, my gains have been tremendous. I have added 40 pounds on my bench, 40 pounds on Tri's and 15-20 on Bi's. I will say though, I did my own experiment on the products, due to high volume of gas and excessive restroom visits, and the Leukic is the culprit. I am also lactose intollerant, but can tell you the leukic really surpasses those effects! Bad bad bad on the home relationships!

I've been using Leukic along with Nano Vapour (I will never use this product again), Celltech Hardcore, protein and vitamines. I will say that Leukic is helping me with gains everytime I hit the weights, for atleast one of my workouts. It gives great recovery, your muscles dont get nearly as sore. I've been using it for a little over a month now and wouldn't use anything but. (although I MIGHT try Anabolic Halo for a month).
I suggest taking in a ton of protein while on this product for maximum results. Atleast 200-250G daily. I also try to take in about 3000 calories a day.

Reviewer: Ian L. from Austin TX.
Typically what I think when I read a very negative review on a exulsive supplement I tend to believe that this person just didn't use the product to it's full potential. I worked out 4-5 times a week hitting all the main muscles groups with a vengence until I finished my first bottle. And I was taking my daily amount of proteins, aminos, and plenty of water. After doing some research on the internet I found that alot of people felt that the first bottle was just a begining, so I ordered another bottle and finished that one aswell. Never missing a dose and always taking it at the right times. I am dissapointed to say that this product does nothing in any way. I didn't make any strength gains, weights gain, or any other type of gain while I was taking this pill. But when I was done my body was so sick of taking 12 hoarse pills a day that I had a hard time taking my daily vitamins.

I`ve been taking Leukic for a little over 4 months now. The first thing i noticed about Leukic was that it did seem to increase my recovery time after workouts. Also last year from January to March (my 3 month heavey weight cycle before our states powerlifting meet) my bench went up about 30 lbs. This year using Leukic all 3 months and creakic the last month before the meet I gained about 40-45 on my bench. This is not a magic pill, but I believe there is some results to be gained from it.

I've been using Leukic and Gakic now for a month, and I used both as well for a couple of months in the late summer (six months ago).
I really can't say that they do anything. It does give me an energized feeling when I down so many large, metallic colored expensive pills, but beyond that, I don't know if I am experiencing any solid benefits. I exercise hard anyway and always have.
I will continue to use up the two bottles of each I purchased, and will advise. I will say one thing - they seem to make me sweat like crazy during the cardio portion of my workout, which I do before the weights. Not exactly a good feeling. Maybe the system is taxed a bit trying to digest all those pills. (Note: I do take the pills right before my workout, not much before.)

Reviewer: Mire Ligilnac from Ft. Lauderdale FL
I am a college student and I seldom work out. However spring break came quickly this year and I needed to cut some quick weight and gain some quick muscle. I heard good things about Leukic and the Shredded Stack so I decided to invest. After lifting and cardio, as well as a calorie cycling diet, I've noticed a good return on my former muscle mass. However, since there are no credible cited double blind placebo control studies, I believe that what I experienced might have been a result of the placebo effect.

I've been taking this supplement for 3 weeks now and I am impressed. I have been fighting the eternal battle of gaining lean, heathy weight for years. After weighing in at 128 pounds at the age of 26, I knew it was time I got serious. After only 3 weeks of use I have gained 21 pounds of lean mass and look noticeably leaner, thicker, and healthier. I'm also taking NO shotgun and a protien supplement but I've been on them for roughly 2 months and haven't seen quite the boost until recently. I will be taking this product again!!!

During this time I've gained 17 lbs of lean muscle and obviously noticed an increase in strength. I'm not giving Leukic all of the credit for my gains, because I'm also using BSN Cell Mass and eating the right food, but it has proven to be a great addition to my routine, and i plan on doubling my dosage next month.

I tried using leukic twice - once on it's own and the second with the Muscle Tech Stack. Both times I had no response or increase in muscle or weight as claimed. I even followed the workout plan and diet that they provided. I've been working out for 10 years and know which products have proven results for me and which ones haven't. Personally I am turned off from Muscletech's products and feel that it's a lot of marketing and "look good" ads that dont support the claimed results at all. There definitely are products out there that work - my favourite being L-Arginine and creatine and a good energy supplement.

I'm not going to get into my review of Leukic, because it's not worth the time; I took this product for a month and saw absolutely zero gains. I would like to present to you MuscleTech's marketing strategy now that I've used a few of their supplements.
1. Put out a lot of products (no, flood the market), with super-cool sounding ingredients, with nicely designed bottles, and even better fitness models pictured with said products.
2. Charge more than anyone else, that way the average consumer will assume they're getting a great product simply because it costs more than anything else on the market - and you do get what you pay for, after all.. right? Not in this case.
The bottom line:
Stay away from MuscleTech hype. Do yourself a favor - use a protein supplement, and take a vitamin once a day (I like GNC's Mega-Man Sport myself), and maybe consider a creatine supplement as well (I like BSN's CellMass).
Also, get a good night's sleep, drink water, have a snack about an hour before you hit the gym, and eat right.

I have been training for 1 year, six months to get back into shape and help in my job performance. For the first three months i saw decent gains and the only supplement i was using was a protien. After this initial period of growth i reached a cieling, in terms of growth. I then decided to change my diet and routine which helped. I was turned on to Leukic and NOXplode. Used them for two months as recommended by the bottle. I saw gains in terms of recovery time, which i did not utilize the first month and saw no increase in size or strength. The second month i increased the amount of time in the gym and saw decent gains. In my experience with it, it helps. I think it let me work out more frequently without overtraining. The only thing i can say for sure is that i had no negative side effects from it, Minus a hundred bucks.

I've been taking LEUKIC now for about a month. I was disappointed at first when I notice no effects from the product. Three weeks into it I noticed a significant reduction in muscle fatigue and soarness in general. The only negative side affect I would say is the price tag!
Vitamin World has recently started carrying an off-brand version of this supplement; about 40% less then the CellTech brand with a Vitamin World membership. Unfortunetly this isn't available from there website yet. I'm curious to try it out, for the price I don't think I have much to lose.

Reviewer: Matt from Northern Virginia
I've been using Leukic for some 4 months straight now. I can definately say this product does really seem to help me get in the 'zone' of lifting weights after about 15 minutes, which is great, and I noticed that from day one. I can say that in this four month time period, the average weight increase is about 10% - although it only makes sense that I could probably gain 10% by taking nothing at all and pushing myself everytime.
I do find this product helping with recovery time and with my ability to go longer at the gym and train harder - about a week ago, I forgot to bring my pills and couldn't take them. I was a little surprised at the boost they do give me, although this could be purely mental.
Honestly, I would recommend stacking this product with creatine or No Xplode. Does it help build lean muscle faster? Maybe.. A lot of this depends on genetics in my opinion, and I don't have the genetic disposition to "get huge".
I'm considering a stack of Leukic with NO Xplode - I think that would be a good combination.
One great thing - no side effects at all from Leukic - and the pill version is the way to go. Easy to take and they don't taste bad at all.
