Pretty good, only one i've used, though
Gives me tons of energy but makes me very jittery and hyper. I did lose some weight, though! Also, Zantrex makes me more attentive and less irritable.

just as good as ephedra
I've lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks with this. It does make me a bit jittery, but i love it because i'm used to ephedra. it's also great if you previously used ephedra products and have put the weight back on after ephedra was pulled from the shelves. it gives you the same feeling as ephedra, and the weight loss is rapid just as ephedra is. definitely worth the $20!

It REALLY works!!!
I was extremely nervous about taking diet pills and the toll it would take on my body since this was the first time taking them. Rest assured, I'm alive and well! I began taking them last Thursday (today is Wednesday), and as of yesterday, I have lost 5 lbs!!! I have only been taking 1 pill before breakfast and 1 pill late in the afternoon before I hit the gym (which I go to about 3x a week). I don't understand how some people could take the max dosage in the beginning. I think that is just idiotic! Common sense people! Please, if this is your first time, take it SLOW! The first 3 days I felt slightly jittery, hot, uncomfortable and had a hard time sleeping but now, I don't feel anything but energized! I'm more productive throughout the day, I have awesome workouts without being tired, and don't have any trouble sleeping at night or waking up in the morning (which is the hardest for me). It's given me motivation to be much more active than I had been in the past. I have 15 lbs more to lose before I put on my itty-bitty bikini in Cancun and have 8 weeks to do it! At this rate, I'll be there in no time~ Good luck folks, and PLEASE, take it slow in the beginning or you are bound to experience all the side effects!

One not two!
This is my first day on the pill, I recommend everyone take ONE of the pills NOT two, the first time. I took two and I've been feeling light headed, and really bad.

GREAT ZANREX!!
omg i love it!!!!! it works great ive lost 8lbs in 1week!!! im only taking 1 when i wake up.. it doest make me hungry at all i now always want to eat lil. i use 2 be 185 now 176lbs :) try it!!

Miracle Pill
I lost a total of 50 pounds and have kept it all of but about 10 pounds. I look and feel better than I have felt.

Kind of weird, but alright.
Before I review, let me just state that I am a 17 year old Asian girl. I weigh(ed) 128lbs and I am 5'2". I work out moderately and I have no history of health problems, unless you count my horrible vision. I started taking this pill four days ago. The first time I took it, I took one with a full bottle of water 15 minutes before lunch. I felt fine. The next day, I also took one with a full bottle of water before lunch. I felt fine. Third day, I took one before breakfast, also with the water, but I began to feel a bit nauseous. Then I had to use the bathroom(for both reasons) several times in two hours. I took another one before lunch. I was a bit nauseous still, but the running to the bathroom stopped. This is my fifth day. I only take one pill before breakfast and then another before lunch, always with a lot of water. I am now 123lbs. It really melted my extra weight off. The only thing I don't like about this is the fact that it makes my heart rate go up insanely(I feel my pulse on my neck) and it makes me short of breath and extremely irritable... but I personally think that the weight loss is worth it.

Good news for men, too!
Weight had always been a huge concern to me. I, being of a small stature, was grossly disproportioned 3 years ago. Being 19 years old and approximately 5'5", I weighed in at around 180lbs, with the weight hanging and clumped in all the wrong places. My physical appearance depressed me and had an adverse effect on many aspects of my life. However, I finally decided to do something about it. With moderate aerobic exercise and Zantrex3, I lost 60 pounds in a little over a year and have kept it off for two years! When my relatives saw the results I had acheived, I was told that I now "have the body of a model"; toned lean muscle and very attractive. Zantrex3 may have adverse side affects for some people, but I believe it could work for everyone if it is given a chance and used via trial and error. I used Zantrex3 for 30 days at a time every other month and did moderate exercise, walk or run, twice a week. Zantrex3 provided me with an appetite suppresant- taught me how to eat proper portions of food spaced evenly throughout the day-, mood enhancer, and incredible energy: I actually wanted to exercise and was a lot happier in general! You just need to remember that the suggested dose is just a suggested dose. Find a way to make it work for you. It will work if you give it a fighting chance.

good pill
well i been taking zantrex because 160 after having my baby soo in a month i went from 160 to 130 and you have to combine the pill with a good diet and excercise just be careful cuz the pill is not for everybody specialy if u take two pills tried instead 1 and you are going to see better results

You take the good with the bad...
Like with anything there are positives and negatives to using Zantrex-3. Having read a lot about the negative side effects, I only took 1 a day (15 mins before lunch). It definitely supresses your appetite and I feel like I have more energy. I'm not that sensitive to stimulants, and I don't really mind that "wired" feeling, but I can see how some people would get some bad side effects from taking this product. Heart definitely beats a lot faster, hands get a bit jittery, some stomach cramps etc. My main problem has always been the portions of food I eat - I never quite know when I'm full and tend to keep eating! So this has been great for me. The mild side effects are a small sacrifice because now I'm able to eat normal-sized portions and feel so much better!

JUST STARTED TODAY!!!!!
Well I must say, after reading so many reviews about the bad side effects it causes, I was skeptical about trying this product. But I did it anyway. I took only one pill this morning with a full glass of water and then 15 minutes later I ate a banana. I feel fine, no headache, no stomach ache, nothing hurts on my body. I feel great actually. It gave me enough energy to work-out for about an hour, and I still have good energy. NO JITTERS, no shaking, and I feel like myself. I read that some people didnt feel like themselves when on the pill. I guess the pill is not for everyone, it works differently with different people. I plan on taking the recommended dose with 2 capsules tomorrow morning and see if I feel any different. I do recommend this product, I just suggest you start slow, with the lowest dose first to test how your body reacts to it! Good Luck to all!!!!

I'm not even sure
Today was my first day with zantrex and i have all those bad side effects. I had really high hopes for this pill since it was so highly recomended. I think i'll stick with it for a week or so. I hope the side effects go away. Cause if they don't i expect my 30 dollars back!

felt pressure on my heart
I've never had any heart trouble before but I started feeling pressure on my heart the first 2 days of using these pills. I'm 34, I've been exercising an hour a day for a year in perfect health. I've tried other diet supplements like Hot Rox and Hydroxycut; and I've never had a problem. The same night that I started taking these pills I started feeling an uncomfortable pressure around my heart. It really scared me. I've never had any heart problems before. I threw the rest of the pills away.

hey ppl
hey ppl i just started this pill this morning. i took two with breakfast with 9o of water and then the same with dinner. i felt a little sick to my stomach but that was all besides, feeling very energetic and what felt like higher stamina i hope to see great results with this pill and i hope others who decide to take them also see great results

Don't believe the negative thoughts posted on this page
Don't believe all the negative comments and complaints made on this page they are not true well maybe the pill isn't for everybody but I am using zantrex right now and i've lost 8 pounds in just 6 days of using this product sure the first day I felt a little nauseous but once the second day comes around your body adjust and the side effects lessen. I would recommend this pill.

Thought I was going to die.
The first day I took Zantrex3 I only took half of the recommended dosage to see how it would effect me. The first day I felt fine, so the next day I decided to take the full dosage (2 pills with a full glass of water 15 minutes before eating). That was a horrible mistake. About 5-7 minutes after taking the pills my chest and my stomach hurt severely, I became very hot and tingling, and was very light headed. My co-worker made me sit down, otherwise I would have surely passed out. The rest of the day I felt light headed and very groggy. I would not reccomend this product to anyone.

Just starting taking Zantrex 3
Im kinda excited that I am starting this product. After reading the reviews and all of the bad side effects listed I was kinda nervous about taking the full dose. But me being me, I wanted to test the waters. So I took the total dosage(2 pills) and I had none of the bad side effects, and I dont even drink coffee and soft drinks like that. I can tell you this though, I am BURSTING with ENERGY!!!! I can barely sit still!!! Im not quite sure what Zantrex has in store for me but I am excited and anxious to see.

The best i've ever used
This product really gives u all that it promises and more! Within only 2 weeks i lost 10 lbs without really dieting or excersize!! I mean i did watch my eating a bit but out of that i did nothing different and the fat melted right off! If u drink tons of water with it u will see even better results. The energy is amazing and there are no crashes.

I really like it...
I gained so much weight over the winter months and decided to start taking Zantrex 3 with a multi vitamin. The first day or two I did feel a little off from the pill... headache, nausea.. but it wasnt anything I couldnt stand, not even sure if it was really from the pill because I went from eating whatever I wanted all day long and drinking tons of pop and sugar drinks to salad and water. It really does supress your appetite and gives you the engery to get going and motivate. This is a really good product because I get full fast and dont get hungry throughout the day. Ive only been on it for about a week now and have already noticed some results in the way i feel and a little in my apperance. Im really suprised how fast this is working, I cant wait to see how I look a month from now!

It reallly does workkk!
I wrote a review earlier on in the week. I'll admit the first day was rough, it made me feel sick and dizzy, but each day those symptoms get better. I'm on day 5 and i have lost 4 pounds already, its crazy how it supresses my appetite. It actually connects to my brain that "I am full" I usually can eat and eat until im stuffed, but once i eat just a small portion i stop, because i just dont feel like eating anymore and I'm comfortably full. So this pill definitely works for me, and if i were you I'd test it out for a few days before deciding to get rid of it. GOODLUCK!!

Terrible Side Effects
My first time ever taking a diet pill, I took only one pill to test it out. The commercials are right this pill does give you energy, the BAD KIND. I was up for 24 hours, COULD NOT go to SLEEP at all! I was JITTERY, had serious NAUSEA, DIZZY, seriously CONSTIPATED me for three days and LACK OF APPETITE. Terrible! I ditched that blue pill, took some colon cleansing to get my plumbing system to work again. My husband also took one pill and experienced rapid heart rate. He stopped too. I stick to losing weight the old fashioned way Proper Nutrition and Exercise (taebo, pilates, yoga etc) and I have lost pounds and dropped sizes. Please, if you care about your health do not use diet pills of any sort especially Zantrex.

the first day
I took my first dose of the pill this morning, and then i read the reviews online and a lot of people were saying they got sickto their stomach. This really worried me, and of course i had already injested the pill. All day ive been feeling woozy and dizzy and just not myself, but i also have not eaten much, because this pill makes me not hungry or crave food. It's only the first day and i hope that i will start feeling better the more i take it.

Amazing Results
Hi, it's Kelly Moore again, writing to let everyone know that after 6 months of taking Zantrex 3 I have lost 45 lbs. I went from 170lbs down to 125lbs and I have kept it off. My dress size was 13/14 and I am proud to say that I now wear a size 5. If taken correctly, this proudct will work. No one understands the chubby feeling like I did, and if this product worked for me, then it will work for you.

Worked for me
I have used Zantrex 3 several times. It has always worked well for me. I don't use it to loose a significant amount of weight but usually 10-15 puonds. Usually after taking it for a couple weeks I will loose the weight very quickly. I always recommend this pill to everyone although I have heard that it makes some people sick to their stomach or have stomach aches. I think everyone may react to it a little different. It is worth a try though. As for gaining the wieght back- it doesn't happen immediately for me. I use Zantrex 3 to loose 10 punds and then I try to eat heathy from their to keep the wieght off. If you stop taking it and go back to eating unheathily of course you are going to gain the weight back- thats true with any diet, pills or no pills. Personally I love it and have used it 4 times in the past 3 years and it has worked everytime- without exercise or dieting (although it does help suppress my appetite). Beware you will have to use the bathroom frequently with it, but I think that is part of how it works.

Do not purchase Zantrex-3
I purchased a bottle of Zantrex-3, and began taking a pill the next morning--following all the timing instructions, water intake, food intake instructions, etc. I ended up so sick within 60 minutes that I had to call off work. I did not feel better for 12 hours. The pill made me sick to my stomach and gave me an excrutiating headache. I am trying to find a way to get my money back.

zantrex 3 is not worth it
i started to take zantrex 3 around 8 months ago and after 3 weeks of use i lost 6-8 pounds but then i started to see my mood change. i started feeling depressed and i would cry for no reason, long story short.. this pill lead me to a car accident which cost nearly 10k in car repairs... i would never suggest these pills its not worth the side effects..

great pill really noticed the differences within a few days not even two weeks ive been taking it and it has done wonders for me...i havent experienced any of the side effects but i see a lot of people complaining about the pill so i guess the pill is not for everyone...

The Lesser of the 2 Evils
I was on Zantrex 3 2 years ago. My experience was not good, but my results were great. I got sick every time I ate greasey foods and that was NOT fun, but I lost 10 pounds before finishing one bottle! Ofcourse the weight doesn't stay off, and I now need to lose 20 pounds. I've been on Trimspa X32 for 2 weeks and NOTHING. Getting sick every so often is better than being 150 pounds, so I guess Zantrex 3 is the lesser of the 2 evils for me.
