I started the diet and the first day became jittery, angry, sleeping, bad vision, and cranky. I tried the second and third day and the effects were getting worse. How can i exercise when my vision was horrible. I spent hundred dollars to get my eyes checked thinking i need glasses when it was the diet pills all along. If i had the receipt it would go back to the store asap.

I started taking Zantrax-3 last night. I took 1 pill before dinner, one pill before breakfast this morning, and one bill before lunch. I am starting off slowly because Zantrax contains Niacin. Taking too much too quickly can cause a flush which is not a bad thing, but can be annoying. I have been drinking plenty of water and feel pretty good. I am not jittery. Also, by putting things in motion, I am now counting calories on caloriecounter.about.com which has become a great tool. Even if this pill doesnt make me lose weight, it has helped me to jump start my diet and made me more aware of what I was eating. I am weighing myself at the end of the week and will share my results!

O.K. so this pill definitely helps you to lose the weigght...but the side-effects are pretty intense and annoying. I feel soooo jittery after I take them..Also, i feel disoriented, extremely stressed, HOT, and sometimes I am scared to work out because my heart is beating so fast that I dont want to increase my heart reate any further. However, the side-effects come and go..One day, i will have none, and others they drive me crazy..Its weird, but often the effects only come if I eat after i take the pill..If i dont eat, they don't come. I started taking Zantrex 3 four days ago. I'm 5'9 and after high school i started gaining wait and went from 170 to 198. I decided to do something about it and try Zantrex 3. I started out using 2 pills before lunch because i normally dont eat breakfast and 2 before dinner. I never had a problem with side affects, but I'm not sensitive to caffeine. I think it just depends on your body and what you're use to so do whatever is best for you not what the bottle of anyone else says. I've had plenty of energy. I'm not as hungry anymore, but I still eat, it just seem to get full faster. I weighed myself this morning and I'm already down to 189. I've lost 9 pounds in 4 days! I feel great and can already tell a difference. It has given me the confidence to lose more weight and reach my goal. I would recommend to anyone who wants to lose weight to try this pill!

I started this pill on Tuesday (today is Thursday). I just take one pill a day, before lunch. I am short, and feel that if I took the recommended dosage that it would make me off the wall hyper with energy. I am also a stay at home mom of a one year old, so I tended to snack alot in the afternoon hours, especially if I was bored, and then I'd end up napping when my daughter took her afternoon nap or I would just lie on the couch watching TV. In the two and a half days since I've start on Zantrex, I am happy to report that I have lost 3 pounds. Two on the first day and one yesterday. Hopefully I will lose between 1-2lbs per day until I get to my goal. I have no side effects with this. I have no cravings to snack on anything after lunchtime and now I use the time my daughter naps to do more chores around the house, which gets me moving. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to lose some weight.

Word of caution - START SLOW! I tried Zantrex 3 about 8 months ago and stopped taking it after 2 days. I followed directions and took 2 tablets before breakfast, 2 before lunch and 2 before dinner all with full glasses of water + and about 30 minutes before the meal, etc. I had all of the side effects to the max - upset stomach, bad stomach pains, racing heart, jitters and nervousness, and just a terrible feeling. I decided to try again, and for the last week took 1 before lunch and 1 before dinner. I did not take any prior to breakfast (I only eat low fat yogurt every morning about 80-100 calories) I take one about 1/2 hr before lunch and one about 1/2 hour before dinner. I am eating about 1000-1200 calories per day. I lost 4 lbs. this week. The main thing I noticed was that I do not have any cravings! I have always been a late night snacker - I don't even think about a snack now! Zip, Nada! I also feel the energy, and love it! I hope it works for all of you! Good Luck to ya all! Cut the dose in half, and see what happens!

I have been taking this pill for 2 weeks. I run between 4 and 10 miles a day and I am, for the most part, gluten free. I think the combination of all of the above has led me to maintain my weight and maybe shed some extra pounds. I do like Zantrex very much in that I don't feel bloated or excessively full when I take it and then eat. On the other hand, I feel nauseous when I take it in the morning or with my vitamins. In the morning I'd recommend taking only 1 and then postponing vitamins, or else you can look forward to at least a few hours of nausea and potential vomit.
All in all, it's an alright pill. Clearly diet pills aren't that healthy to begin with, so how much can you really ask for? Ideally you'd lose weight through self-control and exercise, but for the stressed and people with little time a diet pill is the best option. They're going to have side effects and I'm willing to pay that price for weight control.

I just wanted to share my experience with Zantrex 3. As a mom of 4, my weight has slowly crept up on me in the last 15 years and then one day I woke up and was fat. I tried a few diets but never any supplements. Zantrex was my first attempt with pills. I took the pills as recommended for a week. I did see my weight go down slowly, however, when I noticed that this pill was making me full before my plate was empty, my brain started to sabotage my efforts by telling me not to take the pill, weird isn't it? So I stopped taking it, although I think I wasn't committed at the time. I was lucky and I did not get any side effects at all, but then again I drink strong coffee all day and in the evening and the pill on top of it didn't make me jittery at all. I gave this pill 3 stars only because I did not see it through long enough to get results but I am buying another bottle and going the whole six weeks this time. I lost 36lbs on my own and now only have 10 lbs more to lose and hopefully this will give me the extra push I need to go the last mile.

I took them as soon as i got out of bed with 2 full glasses of water. my occupation reqires alot of physical work so it really had my energy pumpin and i felt like i was kind of doing a workout. at the end of the day i feel fine, with slight jitters in the beginning. other than that i would reccomend this diet pill, however if you are sensitive to caffine only take 1 pill at least until you feel comfortable taking 2. i hope i have great results :)

This pill is not for those who are caffeine sensitive. Trying to shed some pounds before a vacation, it gave me a lot of energy and put me in a good mood. I wasn't as hungry as usual. I was extremely nervous about taking diet pills and the toll it would take on my body since this was the first time taking them. Rest assured, I'm alive and well! I began taking them last Thursday (today is Wednesday), and as of yesterday, I have lost 5 lbs!!! I have only been taking 1 pill before breakfast and 1 pill late in the afternoon before I hit the gym (which I go to about 3x a week). I don't understand how some people could take the max dosage in the beginning. I think that is just idiotic! Common sense people! Please, if this is your first time, take it SLOW! The first 3 days I felt slightly jittery, hot, uncomfortable and had a hard time sleeping but now, I don't feel anything but energized! I'm more productive throughout the day, I have awesome workouts without being tired, and don't have any trouble sleeping at night or waking up in the morning (which is the hardest for me). It's given me motivation to be much more active than I had been in the past. I have 15 lbs more to lose before I put on my itty-bitty bikini in Cancun and have 8 weeks to do it! At this rate, I'll be there in no time~ Good luck folks, and PLEASE, take it slow in the beginning or you are bound to experience all the side effects!

Before I review, let me just state that I am a 17 year old Asian girl. I weigh(ed) 128lbs and I am 5'2". I work out moderately and I have no history of health problems, unless you count my horrible vision.
I started taking this pill four days ago. The first time I took it, I took one with a full bottle of water 15 minutes before lunch. I felt fine. The next day, I also took one with a full bottle of water before lunch. I felt fine. Third day, I took one before breakfast, also with the water, but I began to feel a bit nauseous. Then I had to use the bathroom(for both reasons) several times in two hours. I took another one before lunch. I was a bit nauseous still, but the running to the bathroom stopped.
This is my fifth day. I only take one pill before breakfast and then another before lunch, always with a lot of water. I am now 123lbs. It really melted my extra weight off.
The only thing I don't like about this is the fact that it makes my heart rate go up insanely(I feel my pulse on my neck) and it makes me short of breath and extremely irritable... but I personally think that the weight loss is worth it.

Like with anything there are positives and negatives to using Zantrex-3. Having read a lot about the negative side effects, I only took 1 a day (15 mins before lunch). It definitely supresses your appetite and I feel like I have more energy. I'm not that sensitive to stimulants, and I don't really mind that "wired" feeling, but I can see how some people would get some bad side effects from taking this product. Well I must say, after reading so many reviews about the bad side effects it causes, I was skeptical about trying this product. But I did it anyway. I took only one pill this morning with a full glass of water and then 15 minutes later I ate a banana. I feel fine, no headache, no stomach ache, nothing hurts on my body. I feel great actually. It gave me enough energy to work-out for about an hour, and I still have good energy. NO JITTERS, no shaking, and I feel like myself. I read that some people didnt feel like themselves when on the pill. I guess the pill is not for everyone, it works differently with different people. I've never had any heart trouble before but I started feeling pressure on my heart the first 2 days of using these pills. I'm 34, I've been exercising an hour a day for a year in perfect health. The first day I took Zantrex3 I only took half of the recommended dosage to see how it would effect me. The first day I felt fine, so the next day I decided to take the full dosage (2 pills with a full glass of water 15 minutes before eating). That was a horrible mistake. About 5-7 minutes after taking the pills my chest and my stomach hurt severely, I became very hot and tingling, and was very light headed. My co-worker made me sit down, otherwise I would have surely passed out. The rest of the day I felt light headed and very groggy. I would not reccomend this product to anyone.

The first day or two I did feel a little off from the pill... headache, nausea.. but it wasnt anything I couldnt stand, not even sure if it was really from the pill because I went from eating whatever I wanted all day long and drinking tons of pop and sugar drinks to salad and water. My first time ever taking a diet pill, I took only one pill to test it out. The commercials are right this pill does give you energy, the BAD KIND. I was up for 24 hours, COULD NOT go to SLEEP at all! I was JITTERY, had serious NAUSEA, DIZZY, seriously CONSTIPATED me for three days and LACK OF APPETITE. Terrible! I ditched that blue pill, took some colon cleansing to get my plumbing system to work again. My husband also took one pill and experienced rapid heart rate. He stopped too. I have used Zantrex 3 several times. It has always worked well for me. I don't use it to loose a significant amount of weight but usually 10-15 puonds. Usually after taking it for a couple weeks I will loose the weight very quickly. I always recommend this pill to everyone although I have heard that it makes some people sick to their stomach or have stomach aches. I think everyone may react to it a little different. It is worth a try though. As for gaining the wieght back- it doesn't happen immediately for me. I use Zantrex 3 to loose 10 punds and then I try to eat heathy from their to keep the wieght off. If you stop taking it and go back to eating unheathily of course you are going to gain the weight back- thats true with any diet, pills or no pills. Personally I love it and have used it 4 times in the past 3 years and it has worked everytime- without exercise or dieting (although it does help suppress my appetite). I purchased a bottle of Zantrex-3, and began taking a pill the next morning--following all the timing instructions, water intake, food intake instructions, etc. I ended up so sick within 60 minutes that I had to call off work. I did not feel better for 12 hours. The pill made me sick to my stomach and gave me an excrutiating headache. I am trying to find a way to get my money back.

i started to take zantrex 3 around 8 months ago and after 3 weeks of use i lost 6-8 pounds but then i started to see my mood change. i started feeling depressed and i would cry for no reason, long story short.. this pill lead me to a car accident which cost nearly 10k in car repairs... i would never suggest these pills its not worth the side effects..

great pill really noticed the differences within a few days not even two weeks ive been taking it and it has done wonders for me...i havent experienced any of the side effects but i see a lot of people complaining about the pill so i guess the pill is not for everyone...

I was on Zantrex 3 2 years ago. My experience was not good, but my results were great. I got sick every time I ate greasey foods and that was NOT fun, but I lost 10 pounds before finishing one bottle! Ofcourse the weight doesn't stay off, and I now need to lose 20 pounds. I've been on Trimspa X32 for 2 weeks and NOTHING. Getting sick every so often is better than being 150 pounds, so I guess Zantrex 3 is the lesser of the 2 evils for me.

Using this product was one of my worst experience. I was having extremely nauseous, cold sweats, stomachache, palpitations, shaking ...and most important that i threw up everytime i took the pills even though I follow the instructions strictly. I threw nearly full bottle away. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND for everyone not just people with sensitive stomach

I am only 18 years old and as a young lady being always chubby and wearing size 13/14 cloths was too stressful for me. I never made a big issue about being chubby or have my loved ones. But last New Years after I came back from a Vacation I had tooken with my family. I watched the video tape we had tooken while there. I could not belive my eyes. I am so excited. I recently asked my Family Doctor to help me lose some weight. He suggested that I try Xenical. Unfortunately with Xenical, you had to watch what you ate or you would end up having Diarrhea. That is what happened to me.
