I'm a 57 year old woman I've been using the ProEndorphin for approx 6 months and I LOVE it! Before the gym I eat a small breakfast (bowl of cereal or toast) and then take the sachet on the way. Unless you don't want a Niacin flush, eat something before you take it.

I not only feel like swimming 40 laps, I'm not exhausted and want to take a nap afterwards. This energy and stamina lasts for 6+ hours and there's no jitterness like if you had sugar or caffiene either!

I've even taken it when I've only had a few hours sleep and was able to carry-on a very demanding day! ProEndorphin Rocks!
