well i have been taking it for a 4 weeks now and i have noticed better gains in lean mass then any other meal replacement i have taken before. (myoplex metrx mesotek labrada) better then all of them. and the taste is ok. dutch chocolate is the one i get ( it seems chocolate has always done best for me) but if your looking for results wich is most important then this is the product you want. and not to metion i dont have to buy l glutimine anymore since it has 4.6 grams in each packet. this is the one product i will definitly stick with for meal replacements.

The best MRP around
I've been a Myoplex guy for a long time but this stuff is fantastic. Its not as filling which is a problem with Myoplex. Just one Myoplex shake can really make you feel bloated.Isopure tastes great and mixes easy being that a blender isn't required. I take 3 a day and have been getting tremendous results. Love this stuff
