I have always thought that Universal Nutrition was primarily for essential nutrients that need to be transported for your body. One day at my local GNC store, I decided for a change from NO-Xplode and OP Whey. I decided to give it a try. Its been a month in my usage and I've gained massive strength and muscle. I've gained 30 on my bench, and 12 on my squat, 12 on my DB curls. Only side effect is the major gas problems that it gives you. I definetly recommend this. UN proved me wrong
