Grt supplements
this product actually got the animal out of me while working out....i grew big and strong, started doing more strenous workout...and felt nothing after few monutes of rest. \Downside is that the tablets are big and too many. hey but how else could you get so many usefull stuff for your body.

Those who actually USED it know it works
I used Animal Pak last summer while training for my first marathon. All summer ppl would tell me things like "you have one of the best bodies I've ever seen," "you're killing me you're so sexy," even my 5 year old daughter said, "Mom, you look like you never even had a baby at all!" Of course I exercise but NEVER had that reaction in my life. I thought it was just all the running - so I stopped the Animal Pak when I ran out of the first can because I thought it was too expensive. Then, my body started "changing back," and no matter how much running & training I did, I wasn't as "hot." I thought I was just getting old! (I'm 33.) Well, I finally realised it was the Animal Pak, and now I have an injury that causes me to run/walk and swim for fitness (ie, currently NOT running 35 mi/week!) and I've been back on the pack for 1.5 weeks, and I'm looking just as sexy as last summer. I LOVE it.

new cuts
I've been working out for 9 years now and I've never seen such fast results. After 2 days I was seeing new cuts in my core and now in my legs after 4 days. I've tried many products but so far this and NO2 are my favorites. I will be continuing to buy.

Weak
Why are the pills in the animal pack so massive? I would not attempt to swallow the big brown one. They smell like ass too. My friend bought a can for some reason, and you can smell them from across the room, disgusting. He once convinced me to take an Animal Pak before we worked out, so instead of swallowing the impossibly large pills, I ground them up into powder and mixed them with orange juice. It turned a greenish brown. Again, disgusting. The Shark Cartilage is key though. You have to suffer the bad taste and smell to get the priceless Shark Cartilage.

Multipack
This is a good multivitamin. Sure there are a lot of worthless ingredients that are in such small doses that your stomach acid will prob absorb before it even gets to your lower intestine. If you shop around you can find a good price for it and the digestive enzymes might help with other supps. Not a bad product.

Animal Pak
I've only been taking this for about a week and I've noticed a difference! my skin is clearing up bigtime and my body seems to be absorbing my pother supplements quite well, I have noticed the energy boost but it only lasts for about 3 hours. as a teenager this product might also help me grow, but I'm not going to bank on it. thanks Animal, you've done it again!

good product
I think the whole point of taking animal pak is merely to esure you're getting appropriate vitamins and minerals. Many people focus on certain things with their diets and end up disregarding these. Take this product and you don't have to concern yourself that you're nutritionally depriving yourself. I don't think it's about energy or mass, leave that to your other supplements.

Animal Pak
This product is a must have. I compared it to Mega Men Sport by GNC, and the Animal Pak takes the cake easily. I did not feel anything when taking it, so I wondered if it was working, but the next time I got in the pool, I could tell the difference right away, more energy, faster recovery between sets, fast recovery after workouts. Now I don't go without it

Vitamin
You have to realize this is a multi-vitamin. It is only suppose to boost what you already taking, not increase your lifts by a huge number. It is only to boost what you take which this does very well.

its not worth to pay the price
i ate whole 44 packs, never felt boost,only thing i noticed was that the colour od my piss went yellow! i think there's many other suplements that are cheapper, easier to swallow, which give you same results. thank you.

Intensity
I started taking this product almost a month ago. The first week or 2 i didn't notice much except maybe feeling increased stamina no explosive gains or lifts. Then , as usual i went to my weekly leg workout and increased my legpress by a whole plate (40 kg) !!! I wuz strugglin to press the weight without the xtra 40 the wk b4!!! then 2 wks l8er after having a cold (which the Pak rapes) i went up another half plate!!! coincidence? i think not.

High Anxiety Level
I took Animal Pak for almost 1 week. My anxiety level started to skyrocket and I began feeling dizzy at times. My blood pressure was a bit elevated probably due to my anxiety. I'm not sure what herb would have caused my anxiety levels to rise, but it made me feel very bad. I stopped using the product and everything went back to normal after a couple days. I've never had problems with anxiety, but stimulants will cause this in people. I didn't think this had stimulants, but if it gives you more energy (by reading other reviews) it has something in it with stimulant properties. I won't use the product again.

Was Skeptical- Now Impressed
As we all know a huge part of gaining mass and muscle is to prevent the body from breakingdown (catabolism) body tissues but rather build (anabolize)muscle. In order to do this we need the right nutrients, vitamins, and minerals along with our supplements to ensure that our body is maximizing its building potential. This product has shortened my rest periods, given me insanely greater workout stamina, and has assisted in gains in conjunction with my proteins. Couldn't be happier, unless this stuff made me gain 25 lbs of muscle and cut 3% body fat when I wake up in the morning. If thats a no... then I am perfect.

too expensive in Australia
Doont about you, but here in Australia where supplements are some of the most expensive in the world ie I was lucky to get the Animal Pak for $70 Australian, which is about USD 55 and that cheap. It usually retails for about $80 Australian, which is about USD65. SO is that worth it I ask you??? Not here and not in this country.

Good of them all
I have used whey proteins like Optimum, SAN, Twinlab, and one from Germany but after reviewing all these stuffs, I found that Animal Pak was the one that I got more muscles with and of course more energy. I am again thinking of going on it once again to get some muscle mass...... I feel this is great product from Universal Nutrition. Use it and you will see the difference......

An incredible product
I had reached the point in my training where I could go no further unless I added something to my program. As a student, I was under a lot of pressure from many of my teammates to achieve greater strength through the use of steroids. This was something that I did not want to do. Animal Pak was the answer to my problems. It helped me to optimize the benefit of my training, and after two years of incorperating it into my diet and increacing my training, I have added 18-20 pounds of lean muscle mass and greatly increaced my strength and endurance. I strongly recommend it to anyone who feels like they are missing something in their training. Just be prepared to swallow a few pills.

Animal Pak is wicked
11 pills to take !! When I started taking the product, I struggled to neck them. And had to take one at a time. A vet gave me a tip in order to get em down the hatch easier. Have a pill(s) on your tongue and take some water and tip your head right back whilst keeping your mouth open. The contents of your mouth should be on its way down your throat now. May take a bit of practice .. the large one's will go down no problem too. I can now put away 7 of the large pills in one go so if I can do it, I'm sure u terminators can too. Try the technique and good luck.

Take Mega Men
Its a bitch to take 11 pills and half that shit is too much for ur body to take in so u just piss it out..use GNC's mega men pill its one pill and cheaper and it will do the same thing

animal pak is awesome
I was told by a suppliment store employee that switching to Universal Animal Pak, from my GNC brand would benefit me, well he was right , I feel better, I have intense energy and I am actually building good Muscle. Animal Pak rocks.

Hard to swallow
That's right if you are intimidated by pills this is not for you...I have to break the big ones up to get them down they are crazy big and there is 8 of them. The three circle ones are easy, so take those last and have something good to eat to chase down the broken ones b/c they are nasty tasting. But all in all I could really tell a Difference using them just a week great recovery and I fell stronger and more focused. Give them a try, but be fore warned they are nasty big pills to take but hey how committed are you?

Good
If you see contentwise then this product is superb.I used it for a month , and i noticed increase in my strength. But i stopped using it because of problem in getting the product reaching me. I will surely recommend it to all. I am using after my evening snacks and i work out in the morning time.I couldnt use it before my workout because i am using NO-Explode , so got confused if its really good to take so much of supplement before exercising. Any help and suggestion are welcome.....

hAIRLOSS
I've noticed some hairloss. I've raised my testosterone by simply working out harder. The pills do help keep you from fatigueing so easily. This paks okay. Just too many pills to swallow. They may need to lower the vitamin A. Too much vitamin A can cause hairloss.

Great for recovery
I am a college wrestler and I put myself through intense workouts (offseason) by lifting, running, etc. It has really helped my recovery from one day to the next. Before I started taking this I had trouble going "all out" two or more days in a row but now I have no trouble.

Very Happy but pills are big
I am happy with the results. My body feels stronger and healthier. After making this the only change in my diet I did see some strength increases but not drastic, just nice to see. However, the pills are large and it takes about one minute to finish off a pack. Make sure you drink a lot of fluid. You don't have to pay the 40 dollar price tag at gnc, there are other online retailers that do offer it cheaper. For the price i got it for, which is about half, this a very smart choice.

Personal results from animal pak
Started using it 2 weeks ago. Didnit notice much but more stamina while running and i get an energy crash about 8 hours after taking it. But other then that i believe it works as everyone says it does.

Animal Pak
11 pills overall... Take this daily...Did notice a boost in daily energy. If I take it early in the morning, I sometimes crash in the early evening. So have started taking it a little before lunch so I will crash about bed time.

Solid mulitvitamin/mineral; yet overpriced
I am not sure if it makes a difference or not. I feel great on it, but I felt great without it, as well. Reviewing the ingredients, I was surprised to see that some vitamins/minerals are rather low in their dosage, and others unnecessarily high; plus the ratios of some of the minerals that work in unison are very much off (i.e. too low). Now, I am not stating this to say the stuff is good or bad. But I sure would like to know what the justification behind these strange ratios is. I doubt it will do any damage,though and it most certainly does not shrinck the willy. LOL. Perhaps discontinue the E? Could be a bit less expensive for a muti-vitamin/mineral. Cause that's all it is. No more, no less
