Good stuff
I got this at a very very good deal. Smelled kind of funny at first. I mixed this in a hand shaker and it didn't mix as good as...say Metrx but good enough. Taste was OK kind of like oat or a fiber like taste. Gave me a boost at the Gym I think I will continue to use it. Best Bang for the Buck because of the High Protein, Vitamins and minerals inside too!

Micellean Meal replacement
I've been using protein suppliments for over a year, and have tried quite a few. I saw these protein meal packs on ebay at a good deal, so thought I'd try it out. The contents has a good mix of protein blend and one thing the product offers is a good blend of whole grain carbs, for fiber which alot of meal replacements don't have. It doesn't taste as good or mix as well as Bioplex products I've tried. It does have a vitamin/mineral blend, which again, alot of protein meal replacements don't have. Nutritionally I'd give it a 5+ rating, but the taste (I got wildberry) and it being a bit tedious to mix with a spoon in a glass is a slight drawback....who said protein meal replacements were suppose to taste good anyway? :)
