Good Taste, Evil Cost
I rely on MRP Shakes everyday for that time between breakfast and lunch as a second meal. I've been through a bunch in the last year. I started the year with Myoplex because I started the Body for Life diet. The diet worked as advertised I was in the best shape of my life(since High school). Myoplex tastes GREAT, but it is very very expensive. The three main flavors are fantastic, the Vanilla is one of the best tasting vanillas on the market. I fell into a little money crunch so I sought out a less expensive alternative. All the major companies have great tasting shakes for the most part except Labrada that one sucks. My advice is go to the STore and do some research before buying this stuff, it tastes great works like all of the rest of the mrp's but is the MOST EXPENSIVE!!

Meal replacement?
Are you crazy? It is a protein supplement with some added bonuses. You cant live off the stuff and expect to be healthy. Myoplex for me, is more of a large snack that has a large amount of protein. Getting big has more to do with your entire diet. Maybe you should look at what you are eating as a whole rather than trying to add more protein on top of what ever you are eat. This is a good protein supplement that tastes relatively good and has little fat. I use it during break at school since I do not have time to mix my own shake at school. Getting big is a combination of 8-10+ hours of sleep, low frequency and high intensity workouts(once or twice a week of the same workout), and eating a surplus of healthy calories.(A surplus of calories means you are going to gain some fat unless you are a genetic freak/ or are taking testosterone and estrogen blockers.)

is it that effective
two times i had this supplement at a gap of 5-6 months takin 15 sachets 4 15 days at 1 time though i got pretty good results too. wat i wanna tel u is that it didnt increased tht much of my biceps size wat shal i do regarding it. please suggest me some tips on how 2 increase my build as well as my bicep size or else suggest som gud supplements too which can increse my size also
