Tired a hand of different ones... I like this the best.. not chaulky.... flavors are decent.. seem to like mocha and banana the best...

this stuff is great in terms of buliding muscle..they dont give you much in each container but the sh*t is worth it to buy. i gotta go with chocolate as the best flavor...and anyone who says it will make you fat is full of crap!

I've tried a couple of different muscle milks. First I tried the strawberry and HATED it. They said on the back that with milk it tasted like a real milkshake, but they should have said it tasted like pure sh*t. However, I bought another tub of muscle milk several months later, this time cookies n cream, and it was absolutely delicious. With water or with milk (preferably milk) these shakes are amazing. As for effects, you can definitely gain muscle weight if you take one shake before workout and one after. I gained 6lbs in one month on the stuff.

I have tried numerous proteins, even the ones that feel like you are mixing concrete. Muscle milk mixes easily and goes down smooth. I only use one scoop at a time to keep calories down but it helps if you are weight training.

Not a hard core body builder, so I can't comment on the effectiveness of the product. However the vanilla flavour is awful!! I don't like chocolate but I had to add a heaping tbsp of cocoa to get this stuff down. I am reluctant to spend more $$ on trying the other flavours, although the banana gets a good review on this site.

I am not back to my good old NHF. Unfortunately is only comes in vanilla and chocolate.
