I've been using this stuff for 2 years. It taste great (i always get chocolate) and it's loaded with good stuff. It's got the extra protein and has all the extras for a MRP. I use one after my lunchtime workout. I've lowered my body fat to around 9%, was 20% at one point.

Love it!
I can see why many people think this stuff mixes badly, as when I startd I thought 16oz of water was insane (I used probably triple that amount when I started)! After using it for a few months though I now use around that amount of water. After a while you start to like the thicker texture since it fills you up a bit more, so I love mine nice and thick (mixes 100% with just a shaker bottle in water for me). Only tried strawberry so far, but I love the taste. 5 stars from me.

Great Stuff
This MRP is great, the chocolate flavor is by far the best. This mrp works very well as an after workout meal because it's not too hard to stomach. It also works as a late night kick if you find yourself getting hungry at night but, its too late to eat. I was able to maintain a 195 lbs body weight at 6 ft, while being able to rep 250 on bench (nothing too amazing but the body fat is what i was focusing on while maximizing strength potential). Also works great if you are consuming 5 to 6 meals a day.

Amazing supplement
There is a misinformation on this site that this supplement contains hydrogenated oils, or other fillers. This is not true, as it is stated on the original packaging.
Also, the powder mixes very easily and the chocolate cream tastes great.
This product will provide you with a good muscle mass gain unlike other so-called meal replacement shakes.

good results,okay taste
its definately not the best tasting mrp out there. but it does have the cla to keep you from getting fat and the fiber will keep you regular. I wouldn't have more than two of these a day and it mixes badly. great for home use though. chocolate is your safest bet to go with.

Top of the Line
I have been using Myoplex Deluxe now for 5 years and it has completly changed my build. Use this product for 6 mo. and it will change ur life. Stay committed to a dicipline workout and this stuff will give you the body you want.

not my first choice
too large of a volume of powder to mix with even 16oz of fluid in my opinon. mixes terribly, so you better have a blender, and the taste is only so-so. it's not the cheapest on the market either

unhealthy
contains hydrogenated vegetable oil,type of transfatty acid that cant be metabolised by ure body,means it will just stay there and clog ure arteries.its worse than saturated fatty acids
better bars available,like labrada ones

Tastes like shit!
I recently bought Myoplex Deluxe Vanilla flavour on sale in GNC...now I know why there's always tonnes of this flavour left on the shelves!!
Great protein levels and can be used as a meal replacement but this stuff tastes like sweet milk of magnessia (sp).
I'd advise that you buy some banana milkshake to disguise the taste but you cant argue with the gains that this stuff gives you. did i mention the taste?!
