It's not for everyone
Basically, the product did what it said it would for me. I used it about 2 years ago. My sleep was improved, i grew while i slept etc. My problem with it is i developed a lump under my nipples. I also felt it caused some unwanted water retention. I also already had a tiny lump in my scrotum and Zmass seemed to cause it to grow a little. I noticed these effects 1 month after using it. I discontinued use about a 2wks later. So guys if you want to take the risk go for it, other than that it is a solid product. I dont have any ill effects. The lumps under my nipples have since gone, but the scrotum lump enlargement still remains. I'd say go with Dopa hgh from america's finest.

Consider other alternatives
I bought this product less than one week ago before doing any research. No physical results yet but I have found some interesting information. The ingredient 20-Hydroxyecdysone, or ecdysterone, is the main ingredient in certain pesticides. It makess the insect get larger until it outgrows its exoskeleton,causing it to die. This would be fine with me except the fact that repeated human contact with these pesticides are known to cause cancer due to rapidly growing cells. its ok
i havent really noticed much of a difference in terms of size or strenght. my gains could be from my protein shakes but i do know that i sleep much better, even though i see a few pimples now and then. also, i get rock hard erections when i wake up in the morning. that's a good enough reason for me to take it.

went onto prolab's zma, my face exploded into spots, as did my back, but sleep was improved. then went onto zmass, felt very sleepy still in the mornings and has trouble getting out of bed, went back to prolab cycled with trib and got REAL bad acne. My wife got me some good skin care products and exfloiated for me ( sorry if that is a bit too girly!!) and probs seemed to ease up. I'm off the zma for now as i need extra cash for norateen cycle, but sleep patterns have not changed dramatically.
