Not Good
I thought it was sorta bad because it doesnt work at all. It's a cheap version of good brands haha bye byez

Kicks Ass
I've been working out for about 1 year now and i wieghed 180 before taking this stuff. Now after 1 month I weight 190 and have went up 30 pounds in bench press. I work at a gnc and let me tell you if your looking for a good creatine supplement thats fairly cheap get phosphagen. It's a cheaper alternative to Cell-Tech which runs about 71 dollars for 30 servings compared to phosphagen for 60 dollars for 40 servings....I RECOMMEND THIS TO ALL OF MY CUSTOMERS!!!

PHOSPHAGEN ELITE IS REAL DEAL
THIS CREATINE PRODUCT HAS WORKED WONDERS FOR ME MY BENCH PRESS ALONE WENT UP 40 LBS.IN 2 1/2 WEEKS FOR REPS NOT MAX. MY LEG PRESS HAS GONE UP 260 LBS.IN THE SAME AMOUNT OF TIME I HAVE PUT ON 15 LBS OF MUSCLE THE PRODUCT IS REALLY SWEET SO YOU HAVE TO JUGGLE YOUR MEALS DURING THE LOADING PHASE AND I I HAVE CHANGED THE MAINT. DOSAGE TO 2 SCOOPS INSTEAD OF ONE RIGHT AFTER A WORK OUT AND THE ANOTHER SCOOP 1 1/2 HRS AFTER THE WORKOUT THIS MAY SEEM LIKE A LOT BUT REMEMBER CREATINE DEGRADS RAPIDLY IN LIQUID OR THE STOMACH AND THERE IS CREATINE RECEPTOR DOWNGRADE AND SO WHAT DOSAGE YOU INGEST IS NOT WHATS GETTING TO YOUR MUSCLE SO I HAVE FOUND THAT INCREASED DIVIDED DOSAGES RIGHT AFTER A WORK OUT HAS WORKED BEST FOR ME I ALSO DONT TAKE IT ON MY OFF DAYS TO COMBAT THE DOWNGRADE IN RECEPTOR SITES AND PLEASE REMEMBER AS YOUR MUSCLES GROW SO MUST YOUR NUTRITION INCREASE TO SUPPORT THE NEW MUSCLE.OVERALL A TOP OF THE LINE SUPPLEMENT BEST OF LUCK TO ALL

Great creatine blend
This reveiw is specifically for EAS' Phospagen ELITE blend of creatine. It is only a 3rd generation creatine delivery system, but I found it to be much more effective than even more advanced creatine delivery methods, like CEE. Phosphagen Elite tastes great, although very sweet, mixes extremely well, and produces noticeable size and strength results without the bloat. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because it is very costly per serving. But if you have the $$$, this is one of the best creatines out there still.
