Slight Muscle Definition Shown May 11, 2009

Took Taraxatone with a significant decrease in Sodium (no Ketchup, added salt, Tobasco, or Sriracha!) in my diet, as suggested by several reviews.

During the 5 Day Program:

1st Day - No Significant Results

2nd Day - Slight Muscle Definition Shown

2nd Night - Went to the Bars for a Drink or 2

3rd Day - Weight Increased by 4 lbs! o.O

4th Day - Stomach Bloated

5th Day - Stomach Bloating Gone, Weight Back to Normal, Slight Muscle Definition Shown

Workout Consisted of regular Chest/Arm then Shoulders/Back with a mix of Light Cardio. I think better results would've shown if I went heavier on Cardio, didn't drink on Day 2, and then maybe some more leg workouts.

Taraxatone was a and is a fabulous product. If used correctly it works. You need to understand that this is a diuretic and not a fat-burner. If you are using this properly and are drinking enough H20 you should note a dramatic result. If not, your body fat composure is still too high. Rid yourself of the fat and then use this quite handy product. Great for before a photo shoot or whatever. Limit your time on because this is a diuretic and being dehydrated is obviously not healthy. Keep training!
