This is probably the worst tasting drink ever. It's like sucking down medicine. I have used it twice and do not get the results it claims to give. Better of with some water and a cliff bar.

This product does NOT give you a great brust of energy. However, it is great for endurance workouts. I also use it for weight lifting because it takes away the burn and and fatigue. Definetely worth it for any workout, but just realize it doesn't give you and extra energy.

I've been mixing Cytomax Peachy Keen(great flavor) with my vanilla protein powder to make a before workout drink. I've been taking it for about 5 weeks now and have had a noticable change in my workouts and my bodyfat has gone down. Those stubborn last 3 lbs have disappeared! I'm very pleased! Cool Citrus is a great flavor too!

I have recently begun using Cytomax (approx 5 weeks now) during and after workouts. I have a noticable increase in stamina and endurance since I have begun to use it during the workouts; less fatigue after while using it in cool down routine as well. I noticed the increased effects almost immiediatley in my routines once I began to use Cytomax. I begin immiediatley drinking it at the beginning of the workout intead of 15 to 20 minutes in as they advise, then try to consume the 16oz. over the entire workout. Cytomax is a new addition to the supplements I already use so I can say the the additional benifits I am experiencing are due to it and not confused with any others. I have the Tropical Fruit which it doesn't taste like but it is an acceptable flavor.
